Wacky Video Game Cross-Over Land!
(Just call it WVGCOL for short)
Okay, so I knew I'd be doing sprite comics for a while, but I never got a theme. Then it hit me - just have a series about characters from different video games, all co-existing. Now of course, these concepts work best if you've played the original games, but it's still funny all the same! #1: Why does man create? (redux) #2: Enter E.V.I.L. (redux) #3: An E.V.I.L. plot #4: Never deny the presence of a ninja #5: No Relation #6: Plan Black Wind NOTE: Unless I change my mind, this comic will be updated every Sunday.

#2: Enter E.V.I.L. (Note: Adventures of Lolo fans will notice that I've replaced King Egger with King Dedede as Lolo's nemesis. The reason: no good sprites of Egger.)

Ah, but the sprites not being the same style is one of the biggest sources of humor. It's called absurdist.
Besides, I couldn't think of anything better than E.V.I.L. I loved that joke. It's a homage.

Okay Dutchman, thanks for the tip. I have a big school vacation coming up, so I think I'll remake them over then.
As for the first two panels thing, that's pretty much the joke. You'd think it's all philosophical with the comments of creation....and then I say "or is it just something he does when he's bored" and slide into pure craziness.

It's not the most horrible comic ever, but it's not the best.
I know I'm not much of one to comment on plot, but this is almost sad. I wouldn't mind so much if you had done something inventive, but, sadly, you failed to deliver. Plus the Spongebob reference was 1) Overdone and 2) Very unnecissary/unfunny. You've got potential, but you need to use it if you want to be good. AM~ |

#3: An E.V.I.L. plot #4: Never deny the presence of a ninja (Note: in #3, one of Wily's talk bubbles had no words! I never noticed this mistake, so I'll explain. He's saying "Ready, Aim Fire." Yeah, it doesn't add much to the comic, so no big deal.)

Actually, it's Smoke. I would have used Noob, but his sprite is all black. Also, when he speaks, it's not just random Japanese characters, but a real word. Can anyone who can read Japanese figure it out?

 Double posting isn't taken to kindly here at the forums. Learn to edit. EXTERMINATE!! Well, I just checked through the comic. It seems simple enough, yet it's very common to have teams here and there. Then the spongebob rip-off WAS somewhat...awkward with the works. You need to improve quite a bit there. Trust me: we've all started out bad. I haven't even WANTED to show my first issue. If you need help with this, I suggest taking some tutourials around the forums or ask for help from other spriters. DAG, I've been on hitaus for too long here.

Well, Link183, it's not REALLY Smoke nor Scorpion. It's just a generic ninja character using that sprite. I chose Smoke because his costume is closest to the traditional black ninja suit.
Solink, I know about editing. I just double-post to remind people that my comic exists, and then I don't have to wait for the scarce reply to update. The Ganondorf, I rewrote that joke ages ago...
