A Zelda project in need of spriters

Ok, this is how the cucco clucks:

I am co-leader of a Zelda project in the making. We had but a team of ten people when we first started, but through people realising that a game takes longer than a week to make, we lost some. Now we end up with only a few and people are not doing the assignments that they are given. Not to pick on anyone in particular, but an example is this:

The person was given the assignment to finish the first background. He did it, but it was crappy. So I told him to re-do it. About a month later he FINALLY gave it to us. But it was worse than before. Then he just gave up on it and did something else.

As you can see, we are DESPERATE for people. Spriters mainly because the game is made of sprites. But what I am trying to say is this:

We need qualified spriters...
If you pass through all these questions with a 'Yes', then you are qualified.

1) Do you like Zelda?

2) Are you consistant with projects? We don't want you leaving half-way into production.

3) Are you an experienced spriter?

4) Can you recolour?

5) Can you edit sprites?

6) (This one is optional because most can't do them so great) Can you create custom sprites?

7) Can you create backgrounds from tiles and sprites?

8) Do you love me?!

Okay, the last one wasn't really a question...because I already know what you were going to say...."YES!"

I was hesitant to put this in the Advertisement forum, but I do not suppose you all ever go and check that out?

Oh and one final thing - ANIMATORS ARE MOST LOVED!!

I know I can't truly say yes to all of these, but I want to be an animator for cutsceens and whatnot .

Yes, very constant.

depends, I usualy am, but sometimes I get other ideas. But its summer and Im bored so i probably will be

Well, I'm a part of this project- dungeon designer and whatnot- and I want to say this is a great project, and has a lot of potential. The people that are sticking to this project are doing a great job, but we're having a little trouble because of uncommited members. We need people that'll stick to the project to make this game a masterpiece

This looks interesting. Is there anything you'd need where you wouldn't need any experience with sprites, such as graphics? If not, that sux.

Well, there are Plot makers and you can make maps. Maps dont need spriting expirience, cuz you make it out of ready-made tiles.

Of course. You could help with advertisement! Signatures could be made, you could help with cover design, etc.

So if you'd like, you could be lead in advertisement. XD

You can always design dungeons, or design enemies, or bosses, and stuff. We have quite a few stuff opens. (Although I'm heading dungeon design and many other people have wanted to try some- so if you want to do enemies and bosses that would be great)

1- Erm... Duh?

2- For the most part. No 100% guarantees. But I would be a great help, even in a small amount of time, depending on the style, so yes.

3- Hmm. 6 years enough?

4- Err... Does the world revolve? (The answer is no, but I can recolor.) It's some of the easiest spriting work.

5- It's what I'm best at.

6- Not so much. Custom CHARACTER sprites I can't do much of. Gimme a weapon sprite project, and I'll make you cry. =P

7- Fairly well, I suppose.

8- Sorry, haven't known you that long, but I'll say yes because you seem like a nice person.

I can also animate pretty well.
