Re: Mr. Fish and Penguin: Friends Forever

Are the funnies supposed to be blurry like that? Anyways, I like how you used a popular question among us Zelda-players. X3 And, of course, made Penguin clueless to it. So far, just as good as the last Penguin/Mr. Fish comic.

A comic within a comic? I don't think I've ever seen that before.

Very cool. ^_^

Lol. That's pretty good. I like how you made it look liek theres comics in the paper. But In panel one, he's not even holding the paper, lol. Anyways, its really good.
Well if you think about it...it's sorta like some old school video games where when they picked up stuff - it just floated above their heads. I think that's what he were aiming for.

The expression on the penguins face on the last 2 panels were just...priceless. Though, even though you made it look good, the two black spaces in that comic somewhat made me mad. You could've put the credits in them or something. :/ Or you switched it by putting the first black square to the left and the last to the right. Put the title in the first one, put credits in the last.

The comic comic looked really good. And the blurring helped.

9/10

Re: Mr. Fish and Penguin: Friends Forever

I'm sorry, everyone, for the rather poor quality comic I started this thing off with (Who starts off a series with a filler, anyways?). The idea was simply in my head so I threw something together to get it out. I hope you people will better enjoy this:

Poor Fish...

A very strong comeback, Mr. Fish! In fact, it feels like a television series!

You should use Seinfeld for inspiration.

Poor fish ;-;

Great comic, Mr. Fish. Loving it so far. Like Blizzaga said, it really does feel like a TV show or something. Can't wait for more.

Re: Mr. Fish and Penguin: Friends Forever

XD

This is pure genius, Fish.

Sure wouldn't want Efbee Iye showing up at my house @_@

Some things, sometimes it was hard to tell which text box correlated to which panels. Maybe a bit more borders would fix that.

But this is seriously hilarious. Love it. Keep it up!

HAH! That's pretty funny. I liked it. It looked great, too. The speech bubbles were good and the backgrounds & explosion looked good. 10/10, really.

Re: Mr. Fish and Penguin: Friends Forever

I do not post on ZU anymore, but looking at all my PMs, I got bored and wanted to check out a comic. Good comic....but it will never be great because of the poor font. I am sorry but I could not read any of it. For crying out loud, the 'st' in 'master plan' looked like an 84. Not to be rude, but choose a clearer font next time, because I think I am blind.

Edit: Not to be OCD or anything, but you needa get the typographical error in your title fixed by a mod, it's buggin' me. ><

Good comic, funny lines, and yes...hard to read font. Other than that it was great.

The font was meant to look like Penguin's rather girly handwriting. I know the readibility is a bit low because of the fonts size, but in my defense, I did try to establish some realism.

It bugs me too. I might have a mod change it sometime...

Some of you might have to read the older one to figure out what's going on. And if you're lucky, the next one might come before 2010! =)

How? Why? Details please. I'm very open to criticism, as I am trying my hardest to make this comic as professional looking as possible. Am I using a bad font? Do I have to increase my kerning? Are you sure you are viewing it at full size? Please let me know.
