Okay so.

Anyway...

The sprites aren't resized correctly, at least, the one shown isn't. USE. PERCENTAGES. 200%, or 150%, at times. Same with the backgrounds. Keep them alike, if the bg is 200%, the sprites should be too.

The text is... Yeah. Pretty bad. The text jumps around the textbox, often touching it. You can fix this by making the text first, next to the panel. THEN you make the textbox and put them in the comic.

Also, panels that are just text? Nonono. Just make it so he thinks, you can do that... Right?

Lastly, BMP = no. Use PNG.

Try Paint Shop Pro.
It will save as .png, the fonts are anti-aliased, and you can resize to ratios so that the pixels are all the same size.

Anyway I like everything except that its .bmp. PNG's are the best.
