This is my first sprite comic, and I made it in paint.
Don't worry, even though it's about a couple turtles,

Ussually I don't like newbs because they think they're cool and so awsome, but I like you.
I thought it was a great comic. Link with his mushroom, " Stay Back!" Very funny. It was better than a lot of people who have already made like 20 Comics. Keep it up. you could make a photo bucket account and show the pics here and bigger. Private messgae me or leave a post in my Sprite comic thread.

Good. I can't wait for the next issue. You should seriously think about making a photo bucket account. Or I could make it for you if you want. That way you can just post the comic right here with no links

Actually, I prefer the links. It doesn't take as long to load as it would on a forum.

Great job, GoldStud! Keep this up, and you should have a good series out of this project! You can also use your comic as a warm up for Project: Chrono. Funny stuff! ^_^

Yeah, you have a point there. Alrighty, GoldStud. I guess you should use Photobucket (a very nice image hosting site!) for the time being. I might host your comic on my own website soon if you want! ^_^

I'm new here, but I thought that your work was pretty cool: nice clean lines, and great sense of humor.

This has got to be the biggest gathering of Newbs in forever. No Offense. Exept me, of course. Just so you know Newbs is not a noob. Different things.

Actually, I wouldn't call myself a newb. I have a good amount of experience in sprite comics, Zelda Universe (Hyrularity, although it was not sprite, was one of the first to inspire me to make my own comic), and forums all together. Not to mention that I'm a writer and graphic artist. The only reason I have a low post count is that I mostly stay in the sprite comic area. I am also quite knowledgeable about the differences between newbies and n00bs, but I am neither. Sorry, I just felt the urge to clear that up...

Anyways, I hope you continue with this series, GoldStud!

Thanks much. It could have been longer, though, and it was a little random. I'm going to
check out some other people's comics and see what true gold looks like.

You should try to save your image in PNG format, especially when working with sprites. JPEG tends to randomly make off-colored pixels which end up showing on a formerly one-shade background. You'll know what I mean by looking at your first panel. Very good work, though! I might have to get back into sprite comics again. Eh, I was never really involved. Just a writer and spriter... They distracted me from my schoolwork, so I gave them up. Well, until after high school. There's gonna be a new legend in '09!

PNG's are good for the soul... everybody loves a good off-colored pixel now and then...
