Need help finding sprites

Hey everyone,

I've finally figured out where my webcomic (Link to the Laugh)'s plot is going, so more updates will be coming soon. I find myself a bit short on sprites though, and am therefore asking for help

I have two new characters that will be introduced to the comic, both of which are major players in the plotline. I need an "old man" type character, preferably robed with a hidden face, in a variety of poses (facing forward, sideways, back, etc). He would be a mix between Sarda (Linky) and this guy: Linky. Actually, a sprite sheet of Sarda himself might work, if such a thing existed.

The next one's harder. I'm looking for a character that looks like this: Linky or this: Linky, yet has front/back facing poses. A higher resolution (for both of them) would also be nice.

Has anyone seen any sprites that might help? I'm looking through spriters-resource right now, but I'm not having much luck.

Now, I'm assuming you'll edit Sarda to look different from 8-Bit Theatre, and to not be 8-bit? Otherwise I can't help you.
For the Sarda-like character you could try NP forums, don't have a direct link, but you should be able to find the sheet. (Search "Ripped 8-bit Character Sprites" for the thread where I was linked to them)
