SSB4 Character Ideas
So, what are some people's ideas for characters they'd like to see in the next SSB?
I have a few in mind: - Daisy - Meowth (replacing Jigglypuff) - Infernape (replacing Charizard) - Dixie Kong - Eliwood and/or Ephraim Daisy could have flower moves that DIFFER from Peach's girly stuff. She could also use sports equipment since she's only in the Mario sports and party games. Standard B: Flower Ball (from Mario Superstar Baseball) Side B: Poison Flower (same effect as Lip's Stick) Down B: Flower Bomb (a flower powered ground pound, basically, since ground pounds are used in the Mario Party games a lot) Up B: Daisy Copter (kind of a combination between Peach's parasol and Snake's Up B. I thought of this since flowers have been known to spin in some Mario Party mini games) Final Smash: Flower Power (Daisy magically makes huge flowers shoot up and then back down all over the stage. They send opponents flying when they hit) Daisy's A moves could be something like using her in that one 2vs2 mini game in Mario Party 8. What was it called? They're fist fighting each other and whoever wins faces each other at the top unless they're on the same team. xP Meowth could have these: Standard B: Pay Day Side B: Faint Attack Down B: Fury Swipes Up B: Night Slash Final Smash: Last Resort (couldn't think of anything else lol) He'd obviously attack with his claws when A is used. ![]() Infernape would be an awesome replacement for Charizard. Charizard wasn't that great of a character anyway. Infernape would be fast, do some damage (he wouldn't be a powerhouse though, nor heavy), and maybe have decent recovery. Standard B: Mach Punch/Fire Punch (either could work, though Mach Punch would make more sense) Side B: Flame Wheel Up B: Rock Climb Down B: Switch Pokemon (obviously lol) Final Smash: Triple Finish, obviously. XD Infernape's A moves would be comprised of his awesome fighting and karate style. :3 I haven't thought about Dixie Kong or the FE characters I listed. I'd just like to see them. xP

Oh ho ho ho ho.
Super Smash Brothers character ideas. Well, I've been playing Mega Man X lately, and I've come up with a Mega Man idea. It's not finished because I want Mega Man to play like Mega Man X as well as the original Mega Man, with some flashes of Mega Man from the Capcom Vs games. Unfortunately, I suck at the original Mega Man games, and I suck at the Capcom Vs. games, so I have some ways to go. =MEGA MAN= Character Quirks -Mega Man doesn't have a "run." He has a dash. Tapping the control stick forward twice will make him dash like he does in Mega Man X. One can make him dash from a standstill, as well as dash while he's moving, and one can interrupt a dash with...another dash, making him look really weird. -Mega Man can't duck. -Mega Man has a "midair dash" instead of a midair jump. He can dash very quickly in any of the 4 directions in the air once. This is from Mega Man X2. -If Mega Man kills an enemy, one can make him taunt and he gains a new Buster shot based on the opponent he just killed. For example, killing Bowser gives him the flamethrower from Mega Man X. Moveset -The A button controls the Buster, as well as a few of his other moves. He can move around while charging the Buster, as well as firing it. The regular shot does 1% damage and no hitstun. Charging it for 1/4 of a second makes the shot larger, makes it do 7% damage, some hitstun, and it can pass through multiple enemies. Charging it for a full 1 second makes the shot very large, do 15% damage, some knockback, and pass through multiple enemies. -The B button controls Rush, although using B forward or B backward will change Mega Man's current shot. Down A: Baseball Slide -From the original Mega Man games Forward/Back B: Change shot -This only works if Mega Man has killed enemies and has new shots Up B: Super Adapter -Mega Man and Rush combine and he gains a Jet Pack Quartercircle Forward B: Hadoken -It's not nearly as powerful as the Hadoken in Mega Man X, though. Dragon Punch B: Shoryuken -It's not nearly as powerful as the Shoryuken in Mega Man X2, though.

I've always wanted to see him in a smash bros game. B Demon Fang Up B Tiger Blade Down B Hurricane Thrust Side B Sword Rain His A moves would just be similar to his A moves in Symphonia. Due to the battle system in Symphonia, it would be pretty easy. I always like new third party support in the Smash series.

I'm not saying it's official, just the it might be worth playing 'cause of all the awesome characters in it. anyway, some final fantsy: crystal chronicles characters would be nice.

Zero, should be in it too. Also, I wante them to add more than one pokemon trainer. in fact, I want them to add on for each generation, each one with the starters of its generation. I realize that this is a lot to ask but I'm sure the Idea is not so bad. The movesets shouldn't end up being so similar.

Holding A will make Lloyd run up to the closest enemy and attack them, as if you were playing in Automatic mode. -He only has two attacks in the air Forward Smash: Sonic Thrust -L1: Sonic Thrust -L2: Supersonic Thrust Down Smash: Sword Rain -L1: Sword Rain -L2: Sword Rain: Alpha -L3: Sword Rain: Beta Up Smash: Tiger Blade -L1: Tiger Blade -L2: Tiger Rage Neutral B: Demon Fang -If Lloyd is in the air, he throws the Demon Fangs downward. This gives him a boost upward. -L1: Demon Fang -L2: Double Demon Fang -L3: Demonic Chaos -Forward B: Tempest -L1: Tempest -L2: Omega Tempest Down B: Beast -Raging Beast should be Lloyd's primary kill move. It acts like Yoshi's hip drop in the air. -L1: Beast -L2: Raging Beast Up B: Rising Falcon -This move, being L3, can come at the end of most combos. To recover, Lloyd can go Demon Fang -> Omega Tempest -> Rising Falcon, or he can go Tempest -> Double Demon Fang -> Rising Falcon -L3: Rising Falcon Throws: Team Attack -When you "grab" an enemy, you freeze them, and then you have a short amount of time to call in one of your allies. -Pressing just A will make Sheena come in and use Demon Seal -Pressing forward will make Presea come in and use Deadly Destruction -Pressing down will make Genis appear and use Thunder Blade -Pressing up will make Zelos appear and use Light Spear -Pressing back will make Regal appear and use Mirage -Pressing B will make Raine appear and use Photon Final Smash: Judgment -Collete appears and uses Judgment (For those of you wondering where Kratos is, he would be Lloyd's Assist Trophy).

Wow, Battler, you went all out there. Nice, I like it!
The only thing I would like changed if he were to be put in the game, is his final smash. I think it would be better suited if it were Falcon Crest.

I wanted to make Lloyd's Final Smash the Falcon's Crest, but all the official artwork of him shows him using swords that aren't the Material Blade. And he needs the Material Blade in order to use the Falcon's Crest. And I wanted Collette in there, somehow. Although what would be a really cool effect would be for Lloyd to "equip" the Material Blades when he breaks a Smash Ball, and then it would make sense for him to use Falcon's Crest. And if you think that's "all out," ha ha, I have a very in-depth character description and moveset. Here, I'll post Lloyd's in-depth moveset: Quote:

Yeah, that's a good point. And really, It wouldn't make sense if he had the material blade. Though, if his final smash were to use someone else, I would rather it be Genis and Indignation Judgement since its definately the best move in the game.

I have someone in mind....
Simon Belmont B special moves would be: Neutral: Throwing Dagger Left or Right: Cross Down: Holy Water Up: Uses his whip to grap ledges. (similar to ZSS) Almost all "A" and Smash attacks would use the whip. (maybe a few jump kicks) Final Smash: The whip would transform into the Morning Star chain whip, akin to the old Castlevania games. Pulsing with energy it would deal massive damage. One drawback would be that Simon would only be able swing it straight ahead. Costumes default: His traditional warrior garb that he wore in the first Castlevania 2nd: The red and gold armor from "Simon's Quest" 3: The blue armor he wore in "Super Castlevania" 4: his black costume and red hair from "Castlevania Chronicles" |

-This moveset stems from a challenge given to me by a user on GameFAQs. I'm down for any moveset challenges if ya'll have one. I've done them all: Mega Man, Nintendog, Crono, Sukapon, Hello Kitty... -He would probably be the lightest character, but he takes -2% damage from all attacks. In fact, some attacks do no damage to Nintendog. However, Mario's uncharged, fresh forward smash would OHKO Nintendog from the middle of Final Destination at 60%. -He is also the smallest character in the game, and many attacks simply fly over his head. -Damage-wise, Nintendog would do a medium amount of damage compared to other characters. -His recovery is pretty good. -He would be a ground based character. -Nintendog would be very quick on his/her feet. -Matches with Nintendog would be a bit drawn out, as Nintendog has many tricks to do damage on the enemy, and he can recover health and takes less damage from attacks. =Character Quirks= -Can crawl -Can wall cling, but slides down when they cling -Can wall jump -Has only one jump -Nintendog has a million "costumes," which are basically the different breeds one can unlock in the Nintendog games. -Having Nintendog for a total of 4 seconds (just having him walk around the stage) will refresh his attacks, so that they do full damage and knockback again. When he completes the 4 second total, he will briefly wag his tail very quickly. =Character Moveset= -To grab enemies, Nintendog plafully bites an enemy's arm and the opponent has a special animation for his grab; they try to swat him off and shake their arms intensely. -Nintendog has a variety of biting and pawing moves. Many of his moves do only a bit of knockback, so that he can perform combos fairly well. But all of his moves have a playful edge to them. Neutral Special: Pet -Hold the B button to make a hand appear over Nintendog's head. -Use the control stick to move the hand around on Nintendog's body to pet him/her. -Petting him recovers health. The longer and slower the strokes, the more health he recovers. Forward Special: Bark -Nintendo barks. This is basically the same as Mewtwo's downward special in Melee. -The bark can also reflect projectiles, so I guess you could say it's a combination of Mewtwo's downward and forward specials in Melee. But the bark would make projectiles do damage to enemies. Downward Special: Dig -Nintendog will dig in the ground and create a hole in the ground, similar to a pitfall. Anyone who jumps in will be stuck for a short amount of time. Nintendog can only have one pitfall at a time. Upward Special: Disc Throw -Hold B and Up to make a hand appear over Nintendog's head. -Releasing B will throw the Disc. -Using the control stick will allow you to aim the disc and throw it in an arc. -Nintendog will jump after the disc and bite it. -In the air, Nintendo can perform his move over and over and over, but he begins to fall faster and faster every time it's used. -The disc does damage and passes through enemies, and Nintendog's face does damage and knockback to enemies.

Then, to be fair, I played as her against Meta Knight and Snake. She is horrible. Anyways, at this point, I don't know if there ever be a Super Smash Bros. 4. I mean, they gave us orchestra music, 30+ characters including Solid Snake, Haruhi, and Sonic, third party help and the works. What else you want from The Smash Bros. Series.
