Better and Strong

Who do you think is better in SSBB, Link or Toon Link?

Personally I would say Toon Link cause, 1. Cause of his size, he can move around better. 2. He seen to be faster. I can't think of anymore
What do you think?

Toon Link. He has stronger aerials, and his ground attacks are just as strong as Link, except they have small reach. And he floats a lot making it easier to recover.

It's a completely pointless question.

Link is slow, heavy, weak, and has a very weak recovery.

Toon Link is fast, light, strong, and has a great recovery.

Link isn't a complete weak character overall. He's mildly strong. And his recovery is decent. Not great or good, but decent.

And yes I'm a Link user.

Comparing those two only.

Yeah, Toon Link may be better but Link is still a good character. All of the Veterans are good characters

Captain Falcon.

I haven't played very many good Toon Links (read: none. Played someone who secondaried him, but no really, really good ones). From my experience and from what I've seen, he's extremely campy. But he's a pretty good char.

I've only played one good Link, ArdeS. Supposedly he's one of the better Link's in the community. Only played him in one game in a friendly set. Link doesn't seem to have much from my own experience. Seems campy, but... ehh Link just isn't good. Kinda campy, but the projectiles are just not that great. Kinda predictable. His ZAir is ok, but I'd say TLink's ZAir is as good (as far as I know), while having better projectiles, and a better BAir.

I had much, much more trouble approaching and fighting TLink. Maybe it was just me or the players I was playing against, though.

Or just look at the tier list. That says things better than I can.

All of the Veterans are good characters

Jiggs, CF, Link, Mario, Ness, and Samus say "Hi" (if by veteran you mean from the first game).

By Veterans I do mean from the very first game for the N64 but I'm not saying they are the only good characters.

toon link has bombs as good for stealth as snake in the darker places plus his up b draws opponents in not forces them out.

Toon Link! He's much faster, and he's not THAT much weaker than Link.
I play him more.

TLink is way better then link.
He has everything link doesnt. :p
which makes he superior.

Most of the vets from the N64 version are still terrible characters.

-Mario is terribad, lacking kill power and recovery.
-Yoshi is terribad, lacking in everything
