Time or stock?

Which of the 2 rules do you like to play more?
I still can't decide, but I'm leaning more to stock, time isn't really fair, in the first 2 smashes, you could just self destruct at high % to prevent your opponent to get a kill, in brawl, when you self destruct on accident, your opponent gets a kill anyway. It does get intense in a way that you don't know who wins till the end, (except with score display on) and with sudden death.

I prefer stock. If you're KO'd one time, you lose one life and that's it. In time, if you get a KO but then KO an opponent, you regain one point back.

Stock, I just like to play that way especially when there is some people that don't do anything in a time battle until someone is almost KO'd and then they kill them.

I prefer time. Usually, I play 3-4 player matches, and it's often that one of those peole doesn't know how to play or doesn't play often. Stock forces those people out very early in the match, and then they have to sit there all bored like. So, I prefer timed matches so everybody can enjoy the game. But then again, I'm one of those people who doesn't get all SSBISSRSBSNS and I just play for fun. Unless, of course, it's for money. Then I prefer stock.

What's this, no coins?

Pff. Time. 'cause you show others how quick you can defeat your opponents.

Yeah, I'm going with stock, just got reminded how easily it is to steal a kill with time.

Haha yeah, I thought about adding bonus and coins, but I was more interested in those 2.

Or you show how cheap you are and kill someone when someone has really high percentage because someone else was doing all the work.

No it's not and stock is still better.

But yeah, I guess stock is good and all. Still, people tend to run away and all. I guess it's better if you add a timer.

Stock. It can't be helped that some characters are quicker than others, while the slower ones are more about outlasting. Both sides are more equal without time.

They only usually do that if it's a big stage or a scrolling stage. If they do it on other stages then they just don't want to lose.

I prefer stock matches.

My friend and I usually do one on one stock matches, but every once in a while, he has other friends over. We think it's best to do time, because the other guys aren't too good at the game, and get KO'd early, while me and my friend have longer drawn out fights. We think it's better to do time so they don't have to sit there waiting for us to finish the fight.

Nope, it's the other way around. If it's Time and your opponent is one kill ahead of you, he or she can fool around in avoiding you until the time is up. That's more abuse.

Yeah, but it really works if you are Wario and you are using his FS. You can kill like more than 30 seconds of time by using Nair the whole time.

Stock because is more fair.
