We don't need to consider cutting just yet. We're getting members at a decently fast rate, we can't get impatient after only 3 days. We have all summer to get this through so no worries.

You haven't seen the last few ZU tournaments, have you? Even with 16 people this will take awhile.

Yeah, but I need the brackets set by Saturday or Sunday because I have to do something Mon.-Fri. and I won't be able to add people and it won't start by then then. I don't think we want a week where you have to wait for me to come back. So I will take Dread's comment into consideration.

We have today, Saturday, and Sunday, but I need the roster by Saturday so I can get the brackets set by Sunday.

Yeah, but if we took a poll, I'm pretty sure more people would want the brackets done by Sunday then the next week. Also I know how to make it completely random and I wanted to use it.

I think people would understand seeing as they knew from the get-go how many we expected to join. All i'm saying is give people more time. Plus, you can STILL make the bracket without looking at our roster. Just use numbers 1-32 and then apply it when you get back. That makes it even more random. This way, you have a whole other week for people to join, and even if you can't see ZU you can still make a bracket using the numbers 1-32 in place of our names.

Not when I'll be at camp, so I won't be able to make a bracket until I come back. I want this kicked off pretty quick and not make everyone wait.

i'm just trying to keep from breaking it too much...my last tournament was cut TWICE, and it unraveled horribly because there were too little people who happened to quit, or argue, or be unavailable...I just don't want that happening here.

1. That's because it was some random rules out of nowhere so people didn't want to give it a try.
2. This is a tourney that more people will join and it will only have to be cut once at the least.

Here I'll tell you what, if you can get 4 more people to join today, I'll wait one more day for more people to come.
