Apparently the acclaimed Japanese gaming magazine, Famitsu, shows a bizarre ad featuring a small sprite of....you guessed it, Tingle. There's some Japanese text above him that simply says "Fairy?", and below him is the URL for Nintendo's Japanese site.

Whatever this is, the DS logo is at the top left corner of the ad.

Are we looking at another Rosy Rupeeland-type game? Tingle's Balloon Fight 2?

I have a question. Did you actually play Rosy Rupee Land? It was actually a lot of fun, and whilst it's combat was just weak, the other parts of gameplay (potion making, boss fights, mini games, collecting stuff and messing with the dog, etc...) were very fun and seldom boring. As for Tingle, you eventually grew fond of the creepy git.

I say MORE TINGLE!

^Honestly I didn't play TRR, but personally I could care less.
I don't mind Tingle being a supporting character like in MM and WW, but I can't stand the idea of him being the main character :b

Not in Japan, I'm afraid. That place is overrun with Tingle fans, last I heard. >_<

Besides, you can sleep easy, because a simple sprite of Tingle with the text "Fairy?" can't really pass as a teaser for a new Tingle game.

However, a Virtual Console release of Baloon Fight may be on it's way. Fingers crossed

His most prominent talent in the series is creating and deciphering maps, yet despite all these characteristics, Nintendo chose him to be the main character in not one, but two spin-offs.

It makes no sense, and things that don't make sense really frustrate me :b

Hopefully this gets released in the states, or some other English speaking country I can import from. I didn't play the last Tingle game, and I was actually interested in it.

They were Tingle spin offs. Who else are they gonna cast?

Besides, his 'wardrobe' is modelled on Links...soooooo.

As for quotes, Link has none...except screams. Do we hate Link?
