In which SSB was Link strongest? SSB, SSBM, or SSBB?

I don't have a choice, but what about you guys?

He sucked in all of them.

SSBB.Mostly because he had an new move that I discovered.It's not Triforce Slash.But it does help sometimes.

Melee and the original had the best Links. Brawl just bombed in that department.

When I play as Link(which is rare, he sucks), I find that it's easier in SSBM than SSBB. I haven't played SSB(the original) recently, so I can't comment on him in that game.

Defineately Melee Link, he sucked in the 64, and he was very nerfed in Brawl, even then, he wasn't that good in Melee...

SSB - Good character, except for the fact that HE CAN'T RECOVER
SSBM - Decent character, but still ultimately limited
SSBB - The devs decided to combine Link from SSB and SSBM, except they took the bad parts of each Link and to create this worthless character.

I'm not to fond of link in any super smash bros.

I myself think that the best Link was in SSBM...

My vote went to Brawl, although I haven't played Melee for a long time so I may not remember enough to compare fairly.

He barely changed in between games. However, in SSBM and B you can't throw bombs no where near as far as in SSB.

I'm used to the SSBB Link now, so I might have to go back and play SSBM to see which one I like best.

I like Link's arrows and boomerang in Brawl better: the arrows seem to travel faster, and I think the boomerang can go farther than in Melee. Not sure about the last one since, like I said, I haven't played SSBM in the longest of times.

i think he was best in ssbm, but he didnt fall as quickly in the first one

He changed plenty in between games.

From SSB to SSBM, Link gained his Bow, which is possibly his most essential move, he gained a two-part forward smash, his aerials got worse, his Spin Attack got much better and can come out of his shield not to mention he can actually use it for recovery, and he can recover with his Hookshot (very, very useful).

From SSBM to SSB, he got slower, his recovery got horrible again, his aerials got even worse, his bow shoots very much forward and are faster, his boomerang got better, his spin attack got worse, his forward smash sucks, in general his attacks have bigger hitboxes, but are much slower than in Melee.

His arrows do travel faster, but I think the Boomerang goes just as far as it in Melee. His boomerang is better in Brawl, no doubt, and his bow just has different uses from Melee. But in Melee, Link's actual long range projectiles should be his bombs and boomerangs, and his bow was nice for clipping enemies forward and under Link. He can't do that in Brawl.

Melee. Simply because then he could actually recover.

Stupid auto-aim tether recovery and lack of bomb-jump in Brawl.... Sakurai must really despise Link for some reason.

I voted for Smash bro Melee. It may seem a silly choice, seein' as a how i've never playde Melee, but i know the move set, and it's certainly stronger than the first. On the other hand, it depends on who controls link, not neccesarily the move set and suchlike.

Having the Gale Boomerang bring the enemies into a fully charged spin attack is sweet as hell.

I don't remember how strong SSB Link was, so I can't really tell. If you by strongest mean best then I'd say SSBB Link, but we already have a thread about that matter.

Easy. Melee. Link was really bad in the original. He was fixed/upgraded for Melee to the point of being a viable character against much of the cast. Then, Nintendo deemed him "too powerful" and took away all his good qualities for his appearance in Brawl.

I find that Link is easier to play as in Super Smash Bros. Melee, and it also stronger. His attacks were upgraded from the first and he was just a much better character. I only used Link for SSE in Brawl, and that was when it was released, so I don't remember too much about using him. However I do remember thinking that he was better in Melee while playing as him.

Melee because to me...Link was just easier to work with. 8/
