That's because:

1. Lag. I hear Ike has advantages in lag against pretty much everyone.

2. You're the only Meta Knight I constantly beat with Ike, which means your MK isn't that great. No offense, really.

Anyone else want to Brawl me without using Meta Knight?

I'd do it, but I've already lost like 50 times in a row today. Oh, what the hell, I use Link 90% of the time (The rest is either marth or Pit).

Edit: You had fun? I'm glad. I was worried you kept fighting just because you felt obliged to.

Not really, it just shows how overpowered he is. Also, I don't want to sound like I'm making excuses, but the with lag dodging becomes a lot harder.

Any good player can beat a spamming MK >.>
Get a better connection if lag is messing up your play. Not to sound mean, but that's what you have to do, right?

And just cause you use a garbage character like Link doesn't mean anything. Look at Abyss and JC Farrell. They're the best Link players around and dang are they good.

Yes, I know there are good Link users out there. Getting past his defects is harder in Brawl. And I cannot believe you lose very often. Last time I checked, you were able to keep with the best on the site. Heck, I thought you were among the best on the site.

Me? Among the best? Maybe of the females (lol I am better than SugarP and Kittie Kara, and pretty much equal with zeldagamer), and maybe with Luigi, but definitely not with Ike lol. Kishiro Diablo, TF, and Jeff are all better Ike players than me. I come close to Jeff in skill though.

Oh I do, I do. It's just that I've been maining Luigi for a lot longer. Since I got the game, in fact. I unlocked him on the same day I got Brawl, which was on release day. I mained him from that day forth. I picked up Ike as a secondary thanks to my little brother and looked up FE9. I was like "OMG I GOTTA PLAY THIS!" and when I finally got my hands on a copy and played, I fell in love with Ike and started maining him too. xP

It was right around the same time I got WiFi, actually.

Spamming you clearly couldn't get around--if you find Metaknight so difficult, pick a counter up, or even just use Meta himself.

Haha, yes I am, Kitsy. I play a lot more than she does, I beat her a lot more than she beats me, plus she's stopped playing, so she wouldn't really be that good right now anyway.

She never played online--it'd be like saying I'm better than Azen because I beat him online.

I'm sure you'd beat her online, but playing and Sugarpoultry never really looked at playing online the same way you or any of us did.

Not that I'm trying to put down your skills- from what I've heard you've improved a lot.

Oh okay, I see. Yes, I've improved a lot when it comes to Luigi, but Ike...eh. XD

Its not just metaknight, I don't mind nor care if everybody mains him. Its just that fighting someone who spams is not fun to play against, even if you win, I think it really takes no skill to do it.

It takes no skill to get around, either.

And it seems you couldn't do either, haha.
