Re: Paper Zelda

I wouldn't want to see a Paper Zelda game because I like the 3-D Zelda games I couldn't see there being a 2-D game anymore.

In fact, if they hadn't catered to the young audience in the first place, I wouldn't be playing games today (most likely). I won't condemn Nintendo for allowing kids to play video games. Children could play the original LoZ, afterall.

They could not, however, play Mortal Kombat for the SNES.
Well think. "You and I" were a younger audience back then, but what did Nintendo have to appeal to the older audiences? Now, with much more advances into the art style, we, as older audience, would need something to match to our taste.

I'm not saying that all of the older gamers like blood and intimacy in their games, that would vary for every person. And it should damn well vary, otherwise we'll get a lot more chaos from the video game industry.

This is just my view. Seriously, it looks like I'm going to have to start putting "IN MY OPINION" before everything I say or get flooded with criticism.

Re: Paper Zelda

Paper Zelda is a good idea. I would really like to see it tinkered with. I love Paper Mario alot and i think it can be done with extra care for Zelda. Although Link usually goes solo, id love to see him teamed up with 2D Sheik or something like that.

What are you talking about? Adults played the same games we did. Super Mario Bros and Legend of Zelda weren't just played by children. Nintendo's games cater to more than one age group.

It'd be selfish to assume that they'd make more "adult" games as WE grow up. Like they're making games for us specifically.

It'd be a neat concept. I bit cheesy for me but still a neat concept. I'd defiantly try it out.

Re: Paper Zelda

This sounds really cool idea. I know you guys are reluctant of it, but I'm just curious of what Zelda, Sheik, Link, the Gorons, or anything else would look like in paper mode.

And do you know why adults played them? Because there was nothing else to play at the time. It was either that, or nothing.
