Here at the S3, we make stickers which you can use as your avatar or put in your signature. They are really nifty, cool, awesome, and can be personalized with text for 1 point.

For a job here you will have to show me a sticker you have made which is similar in style to my works, and after I check your post history and attitude towards other ZUers, you may get a job here. Employees get one free custom text/color sticker upon joining.

They are basically the same thing. And what's up with the point system, why not just say "request something and I will make it for you"?

Whats the difference between a sticker and a render?

^It looks like it is a render with an aura.

You see, getting one is free. But I don' want people changing their minds left and right and making me work like no tomorow on custom ones, so they have to earn the points by asking for simple stickers.

Actually, you are close. It is a render, with a thick outline and shadow making it appear to be a sticker.

That's mean. They say the customer is always right, so you should make it the way they want it. Not the way you want it.
