Request Form and Service Information
I can make a variety of sigs; popout, abstract, photomanipulations, stock, and regular render ones. Can make avatars equally well, and I have some experience with rendering images.
Copy and paste and fill this form out * denotes mandatory field.

*Request: Sig/Ava/Render (Sig/Ava combos are available too)
Size: You could be specific and let me know the length and width in pixels, but all my sigs are 400x130, avas are 110x110
*Render/Stock: The URL of your render or stock goes here.
*Text: What do you want the text to say, what font, where should I place it, what colour, etc.
Effects: Effects you want, such as popout.
Comments: Do you want a vertical banner; do you want something special on the sig, or not, photomanips. etc etc

Rules and Guidelines:
1. Post once asking for a sig/ava/render. Do not keep posting or pestering me with 'Is my sig done yet?'. The most you will have to wait is a week, and the least is a few hours.
2. Provide an good render/stock of good quality. If you can't find one, I'll be happy to find one for you, just let me know. I reserve the right to refuse a request if the render/stock is bad quality or too small untill a better is found, either by you, or me.
3. Let me know, in the comment area of the request form, what you want the overal feel of the sig/ava to be. Such as a dark feel, or a lighthearted, fun one.
4. Sometimes things don't work together, you may tell me to do something but in practice it will take away from the sig (make it look like ****). In such a case, I will tell you whats up and hopefully we can both resolve the issue. I try not to make subpar banners, so if something doesn't work, I won't put it in unless you really want it in. An example of this is a sig with a baby and cheetah... Doesn't work.
5. Don't forget to give credit where it is due. A simple 'Made by VM' under the sig will suffice. =)
6. Have at least 75+ posts. I don't want to make a sig for you and have you never return to the site. All I ask is for you to be an active poster if you want a sig, but some exceptions can be made.

Hi, I was wondering if you could please make a siggy/avy set for me. I'm not very picky when it comes to details, I usually like what the artist makes. I hope you don't mind using the wikipedia images, those are the largest pics I can find.

I'd like the image to center upon the Pegasus and it's rider. If you can, please get some of the wings in there aswell.

An abstract style wasn't really working, so I went with a vector sig. Hope that's okay.

Some of my new ones are using a lot of C4Ds because I just downloaded a massive pack of a few hundred C4Ds, so I wanted to test a few of them, and I'm working on making good C4D sigs (never used to make them before).

Thats it for the afternoon. Going to the gym and then i got stuff to do, but I'll hopefully get to your sigs, Unit 7 and BGS, sometime tonight.

Image: a darker image of ganandorf and the mad hatter (maybe the one from American Mcgee's Alice?)
Text: (make it something kinda witty, but not like stupid. maybe something about how both are crazy or something? idk. haha.)
font: something kinda fancy by the MH(but not so fancy you cant read it), and something kinda dark and horror-like about ganny.
colors: your like a pro at this, i think you can pick out nice colors. i just want a tiny rainbow incorperated in it somehow.
effects/designs/backgrounds: anything that looks good. maybe have the MH on one side, and Ganny on the other, and in the middle kinda where the two worlds collide? idk. its up to you.
size: standard for your sigs
And can you "Dr. FeelGood" somewhere on it? like in tiny letters.

At the top of the page, third bullet down, it states:

Request at one shop at a time. If I see anyone requesting at multiple shops, with the exact same request then the request will be deleted.

Sigs don't just fall out of the sky and can't be made on a whim. A lot of time and effort is put into them.
Plus, I can't do your request since I'm probably the third or fourth shop you went to, maybe an owner of another shop is already doing it... PM the shop owner where you placed your first request and ask about the status of your sig, but only if its been weeks since you requested; you can't expect a sig to be done in a day or two.

Can you show me a sig with and without popout? I don't know what that is but I would like to see it to tell whether or not I prefer it over a regular one.

I haven't done popout in ages so I don't have a recent popout example, but here is an older sig that is popout. As you can see, part of the image pops out of the background.



BGS and Unit7, I'll hopefully get to your sigs tomorrow. I've already made 3 sigs today, and I can't stand photoshop any longer...

I would like an avatar, 100x80 pixels. No image just some sort of crazy design. I would like the colors to be greenish. As for anything else go crazy.

I agree, and making multiple identical requests is just insulting to all of the signature artists that it can constitute an infraction by a mod (like yours truely). And like I mentioned in one of the previous sig shops you requested in (that has been closed), you must provide the pictures you want yourself. So if you want a picture of Ganondorf and the Mad Hatter, you have to get off your butt, and find them on the net. The Signature Artists are working hard enough (and for free!) so you should at least be patient, act respectable, and be thankful.

I've deleted your Happy Mask Pro Shop, GK (it's locked), CWP Graphix Emporium, & Juggernaut's Graphic Shop request. I see you've also declined from those places, so now you know that this is the only place you want it made.

I just hope you've learned not to pull this stunt again. If you do, I'll make sure to give you the infractions you deserve, DrFeelGood666.

Ah, thank you. Please, take your time, I understand what you artist put through when it comes to your free time making these requests.

Oh and one more thing, Viral Maze, you're the signature maker, if you still feel insulted, you are free to decline anybody's request (this includes DrFeelGood666's). However, if you do decide to take his request, might I advise you to please wait until he suplies the images of Ganondorf and the Mad Hatter on his own (instead of making you fetch for them).

Hello there! I'd love to request a siggie. Hope you aren't too busy; I don't want to overburden you.

So, it's a siggie. I think you can decide its optimal size, but I'll use it here, so it must be in the limit.
I'd ask you to combine this one with this. They should face to each other, and - if you can - add a purple shade to the whole siggie. (Like my current one.) If you can't do it, or it doesn't look good, then let me know. Anyway I trust you, do as you think it'll be nice.
