EDIT: It looked dumb with just he guys cut out with a rectangle, because the one with black hair (haven't played CC lols) was like, angled the other way and facing the wrong direction and everything.

Maybe it can have the three facing right, on the left. And the three facing left, on the right? If it's un-do-able, I'm happy with what you've already got.

Oh man, this is difficult. If I'm gonna get three on each side, I'll have to start over, because this is an absolute cluster**** haha. There's just too much going on in this PSD >_<.

Halcyon, it seems like I've been making stuff for you for months haha. You're working me hard. I'm seeing if I can make something better with all six in a banner now.

I'll edit in the avatars in around 20 minutes or less (: I'm not sure what you mean with the ideas though, are they ideas for the avatars or ideas new sigs or what?

I don't know how many avatars you want to make, so I'm giving you some ideas of what I'd like; basically, several avatars that I can rotate through but still match the two sigs (Kuja, Sephiroth) that you already made for me.

Ohh, I see. Well, because of the tiny limit on ZU, you can't really make transparent avatars without them looking crappy, so a background is needed for the Kuja avatars. Here are the basic ones for now, and I'll have a read through what you wanted for alts (:

Yeah, I always check and make sure they're as close to 25kb as I can get them. Also, do you want that Sephiroth avatar to have rounded edges like the sig (if the file doesn't end up too large)? It might match better.

I'll show you some other avatars after I finish posting around ZU, since there were a lot of threads to reply to :>

Rounded edges sounds cool; let me know if you tweak it.

You can't do it, the file is always about 30kb+, even with a tiny amount of transparency.

I made some CG sigs with Genesis and Cloud, though I'm not sure what you think of them. They match the Sephiroth sig:

EDIT2: The magic, I didn't even have to change time image locations (; Are they okay?

EDIT: Can we try making them smaller? I would like to maintain a width of 130 pixels (so that it matches up with banners), but overall a smaller feel. Probably would mean making the heads smaller and then decreasing the height. You can leave more empty space on the left and right.

What I do like is the green background and grey-scale faces. Nice.

Yeah, apart from cutting the guy out of the image, that subtext was the only problem I had. I'll try and make it more visible. I'll make you an avatar when I post it, too. Do you want the same transparent border for the avy, or just a nice straight square?

I don't know if your graphics class is keeping you busy enough, so I don't feel particularly guilty about requesting these changes.


I like this one --- but do you see how the scan lines affect the way that Genesis' lips look? I tried to find a non-CGI version of Genesis to use, but the only one I saw using Google was the one for Crisis Core that you used for the other banner you made. Could you please try to change the avy so that there isn't an issue with his lips?



It may mean going to another image or changing the scanlines.




For these two, I think the issue is that you're trying to use images from the movie. Look for a Cloud CGI picture that's from Crisis Core or Advent Children --- but isn't a screen capture from the movie.

I think that the drawings are much crisper (go with non-CGI), like with the Sephiroth that you used in my current sig.
