not bad for a beginner. better than I could do. I know NOTHING about graphic design/software.
There are lots of experienced graphics people around here whom I'm sure would be happy to give you critique and tips.
(I think the graphics shool went dead though...)

What program do you use?Well,I like the pictures you made!

ok you can make me a sig, but I gotta warn you right now- I LOVE my current sig, so if you make me a sig I promise I will wear it for a little while, but I'm gonna go back to my current sig after a bit. like a couple weeks.
If you're ok with that and won't be insulted then you can make me a sig.

oh i use gimp. It's great for sigs!

oh by the way, I didn't quite make this clear- I don't necessarily want an image in my sig, I kind of want the text to be the main focus. get it?

you know what you should try? I don't think I've seen any of your sigs with a border.
even just a simple thin line around it would be cool, but not on the very edge, put it slighly inside the picture...

If you ever feel like practicing making borders, try it with my sig and let me see it, cuz that would look kewl
