I could provide a few good ones, and, WWR, download GIMP 2.4. I had 2.2, and when I got 2.4, I only noticed one difference (Instead of Ctrl+K being the shortcut for 'delete', the Delete button was).

yea, make the blue lightning (ripples) all glowy and look like its moving to the left. OH, and the background will be water. I hope this isnt too much. and my wizard prefers a turquose hat n shoes

No, what I mean is, I can't make it look like its moving. I haven't got up to that level of animation yet...

But I can make the background water and I can make the blast look sprakley...but moving the blast....I can't do that...
