Nope. Everything is up to you. The only people I don't want on my sig are: Peach, Jigglypuff and the ice climbers.

The first post says that you are open for requests, but it seems that you are working on one for someone. Does this mean I must wait for his to be completed before I request? That was the impression I got, but I'm not sure.
