Nope. You would think it should require skills in some sort of image editing program, but the truth is that just about anyone can open a sig shop.

Well, you need the Url, and then in your signature, type [IMG] <URL HERE> [/IMG] and it should work.

I dont own a sig shop, but i have recently received a sig, however all it came back with was an address, how can i find my sig?

You copy the address (I'm assuming you mean an URL http://www.thisorthat.com/picture.jpg for instance, and not the adress to where the pic is on your computer) and paste it between IMG tags in your signature space.

go to www.photobucket.com, then click the big red button that says "Sign Up Now!" and you're good to go. It's free, so don't worry about having to pay anything.
