ok... this is a wierd request but i would hope it would be kinda fun. i have a nation on www.nationstates.net a sort of run your own country simulator game that is kinda fun.... well i need a custom flag for my nation. the specs are:
1. in JPEG (.jpg) format
2. about 107x71 pixels in size
3. no larger than 10KB
4. appropriate. This means conforming to site etiquette and being suitably flag-like. Images likely to cause widespread offense (e.g. nudity, swastikas) are prohibited, and your nation may be deleted if you post them.

so really i think that might be a fun project... i'm looking for a flag that doesn't necesarily need to have anything to do with "UFO's" or "Love and PEACE" or "motorcycle biker gangs" but i want the flag to grasp the personality of the nation.... something wierd something funny something cute... i'm sorry if you wanted a more concrete request but just feel free to let loose and have fun with it.
