dash..... ur not completely right.. alot right... but not all.

i started out using only paint... and i had about 10 customers, all were happy and used my sigs/avys. u just have to know how to use more more efficiently.

ZoraZx.... u should try google or yahoo, and type in sometin like "blue" or "blue abstract" or "blue background" then copy the image.... and make it the size u want it.

next.... on the search engine... type in wut u want a pic of.. (example) "link with sword" that comes up with some good images.

next.. paste that into the background.... most of the time.. theres a white square around it.
zoom in to about x6 or x8. take the dropper tool, and use it on a shade that would match the rest of the background, untill there is no white around ur image.

make sure u have the transparent on for that and the next step.

go to the text... and write wut u wanna say.
