Right, new thread. This is your last chance. Fail now, and the Sig Chit-Chat will be no more.

This thread is for the following purposes:

1. Showing Off New Sigs

This is not a spam thread. Do not post every single thing you make - keep it confined to signatures and avatars that you consider to be the best of your work, not some random stuff off of the cutting room floor. Like the Community Thread, anything that is considered off-topic or useless will be deleted. This includes random chit-chat, random graphics, etc..

Also, kindly refrain from flaming eachother, if you would please. The mods are going to be keeping a sharp eye on this place, it's been known to cause trouble. No insulting each other anymore. We don't want the need to arise for this to get locked as well, now do we?

As for ratings, please avoid the number system. "10/10", "Sweeeeeeeet!" or posts of similar nature will not be accepted. If you have to rate by numbers, at least explain why a signature is deserving of whatever points you give it. When rating a sig, leave good comments and critisism. Simply saying "It's good. I like." won't do anymore. The second we see the stupid behavior of the last thread return, this will be locked and warnings might be handed out.

I really like your avatar. I have never tried making those kinds of sets before, but I like them a whole lot. Looks great.

Kyanu, I love your new set. The theme is uniform, the background grid is very nice... the only thing I have to comment on is the font. The look of the whole set is kind of sophisticated, and the font you used is a bit wild. I would say use a more "sophisticated" font. 9/10.

Kyanu: Looks nice. I'd just get rid of the text in the avy though, because it ruins the feel of it.
Necco: Nice, though Dante is somewhat blurry, and the font looks too choppy. Other than that, it's pretty good.

I'd comment on the rest, but for some strange reason my school has Photobucket blocked.

Trinest: Me likes a lot. Original, simple but very nice!

Warn Kyanu: Very nice siggy you got there, very stylish! I am usally not the one that dislikes the use of few colours, more the contary, but perhaps a little bit more white would make it more "alive". Good work!

Necco: You've surly got better. Keep it up! You've done a good blening with the piccies, but perhaps you want to look over the text again? It looks somewhat misplaced.

I've made myself a new set as well... Wouldn't mide a few comments..

Now i was just in the GIMP(i could've used it for the sig battles >_<)and i started using gradients,the i started making a picture of the sea and stuff,i don't think it's so great but i made something that came out right:

trinest: I don't get the avatar. o.o And if you plan to use them as a set, you should make the avatar have the same kind of border as the signature. It's a pretty nice set, I suppose, tho the sprites seems to have been placed at random.

Kyanu: I've never been a fan of gridlines. But your sig manages to give of a calm, stylish look, I guess. Mostly 'cause of the blue, I know. The font doesn't quite work with it, imo.

Master Wolf: It's just an image with a border and a quote. While the picture probably appeals to a lot of users here (I'm not a dog person), the set just comes of as really, really simple. Get's the message across but not more.

Necco20: Eh, yeah...what is it? O_o Colors work well and such, but the font and font color has to change. I can't really say more, cause the sig just doesn't work with me. =/

Malony: I'm not too fond of the style you've used. It just looks to bright and random to me. And that texture filter doesn't add a very nice effect. Well, it'll make you stand out, that's for sure.

Phoenix Vaati: Keep practising. That image is..well..random. For lack of better words. You just need practise, it seems. Gradients isn't all there is to sig making, remember that.

Master Wolf: ---

vinnie0107: It's just a squished image with some text. =/ And the text doesn't even match. Furthermore, the image quality is poor. The image itself is kinda cool, and with the right tools it could make a nice signature base. But as it is, it just doesn't look very good.

OH MY GOD!!! It's back... okay so what do you guys think of my new set?

The font is nice. But the effects aren't good. The background effects are pretty nice too. But I don't like the beveled effect on the whole sig, and the border is... bleh....

I tought I did... eh okay... umm... I like th colors and the shading... I don't think the san lines fit though... I like the boxes on the conder but I wish it had a more visible border... I don't tike the font... to stylized, the whole bevled thing on it just doesn't fit... and as I told you before the wole anime thing in sigs seems to be getting overused (don't get me wrong... I LOVE anime but it's just... been used too many times) all togeather a: 8.5/10 and you have to see that I'm trying to be more harsh then I would usually be because I'm too soft sometimes... hope that helps ^.^
