That's like me saying "I'm scared of Muslims, so the only logical choice we have now is to kill each and every one of them! Why? Look at the news!"

Yeah, there are white people who aren't exactly very kind to minorities, but does that mean EVERY white person is a prick?

That's actually a fair point. He could be doing it becuase of fear, not hatred. Still, like you said, that doesn't justify what he's suggesting. A while ago on teh news, shortly after Obama was elected, some people on the news were asking what some people thought of it. One person they asked was part of a group of racist people. he was asked what he thought about a black president, and he wasn't happy. Then they asked him his biews on rascists in general. He said it was better when they were enslaved, and that it shpuld go back to how it used to be instead of blacks having equal rights, which they "apparently" have today. I say apparently becuase whilst they do ahve equal rights, they aren't always terated like equals.

I'm not saying he's justified. I'm just saying, he isn't saying this because he hates white people.

He's irrationally scared of white people because they are white, the fact that he believes all white people should be exterminated is evidence of the fact that he's not saying it as a response to racist white people, that by definition makes him a racist.

Saying he's not a racist is like saying a shotgun-toting Texan who thinks that he should kill all black people because they might kill the men, rape the women, and steal everything they own, is not a racist. He quite clearly is, because he believes the problem is directly related to the skin colour.
