EXACTLY. Isn't America about having rights and stuff?

The world is over-populated, and I'd much rather adopt an already born kid, than enduring pregnancy.

Sorry, I just wanted to say that actually the world is not currently over populated. We actually still have plenty of room for plenty of people, in fact, I want to say that the world could probably hold another 3-5 billion more? Someone posted the number and I can't remember what the amount was. The myth that the world is over populated actually stems from the fact that AREAS of the Earth are overpopulated, like China. But if the people in China were to actually spread out across their country, there would actually be a lot more room. Anyhow, I just wanted to add that, not saying everyone should go out and make babies now, lol.

As for abortion rights, I have the same stance with that as I do gay marriage. I believe in the right to choose, just as God gave me that right. I do not want to take that right away from others, just as God has not taken it from me.

We are currently very overpopulated. Although the world can hold more people in the sense that it's maximum capacity is somewhere in the 10-13 billion range (if I remember correctly), however, the optimal amount is far below that. below even what we have now. We are currently populating areas that simply are well suited for human occupation, deserts, swamps, etc. At our current population, the planet's natural resources simply can't sustain us indefinitely.

Humanity has to die out one day, why worry? It won't occur in your lifetime.

Humanity will probably kill itself before the planet runs dry anyway.

Adoption is already an option. There's no need to make it an option.
