Life...your thoughts

What is the purpose of life?? In my opinion life is a waste of time....there is no real purpose of it but to live miserably and to die with nothing to gain from it all.....i am not a strong believer of the whole heaven and hell stuff so i think that you should live life the way you want to. Don't spend all your time chasing something that doesn't exist. Life already sucks enough without having to try and work to get into heaven.

I agree 110%. I am atheis-agnostic and think you should live however you want too. I mean, when you die your life work goes to waste. Sure, it may benefit others in the future but they'll die too and it'll continue in a cycle

Why would you say something like that? I say the meaning of life is to fulfill your dreams. Dreams like what you want to do for a living, or goals you want to complete. I believe in Heaven and Hell, but I don't go to church.

The purpose of life is survival simple as that because no matter how ill you are your mind may give up on life but your body never does.Humans and some animals before they die give out a death rattle which are basically spasms and convulsions which are a final attempt by your body to restart your respiratory system.This shows that even when your making the transition from life to death you body still hasn't given up.

So simply the purpose of life is to live.

Without a purpose, why continue to live? Seems silly to me, really. The Heaven/Hell thing aside, life is about learning and doing good in the world, I think.

They call it life for a purpose, you know. Life is only boring and pointless if you think it is. God gave us life to fulfil our dreams and to live to the fullest. We are not here to just take up space and waste our time sitting places our whole lives...

I also think life is a bit of waste. I mean, You work alot to get good grades at school, later you have a good job and finally you're dead. I mean what's the purpose? like rvdvrvd2003 said, the pupose of life is to live. But why?that's the question? why live, to survive? but why are we made to survive in this body? it has a meaning but I don't know what it is.

ya but this guy went and took it a step farther........you guys are telling to go and kill myself.....because of my views on life........cause i dont see the point of it is....since there is no heaven and hell.
