To my knowledge Perry hasn't had someone proven innocent killed.
What he has done is denied people access to evidence that might well prove their innocence; and is apparently unaware that in many, many, many cases where DNA is available it shows the accused to be innocent, so how can he be so confident about cases where it isn't available being decided correctly?
No causal link has been established between gardasil and the illnesses and deaths in question. It's also worth bearing in mind that over 40 million doses have been used world wide, and compared to that these statistics are pretty insignificant. If you give enough people a vaccination, illnesses or death are probably going to occur after the act, but that does not mean the vaccine caused it.
I can't say for certain that these deaths were from the vaccination but I still look at it with skepticism due to the many cases with undetermined cause of death after receiving injections of gardasil, coupled with the fact there are no long-term health studies on the vaccine. Not only that, but there have been more reactions and deaths associated with gardasil than any other vaccine given to the age group. It might be something the FDA should look into.
