If there's only one thing I've learned from being obsessed with LoZ games, it's this: Don't put any faith in any unofficial release dates, even the official ones aren't always reliable.

Totally agree! I was very skeptical about the looks of the game until the E3 vids came out. I'm sure it's been said a million times before but the art style reminds me of a cross between OoT and WW.

I applaud the mighty N for going out on a limb when they made WW cel shaded. But once was enough, I don't ever want to have to deal with those goofy graphics again. It took so much from the game.

I have no interest in the timeline theories but your words are truth. There's a vid of Aunoma stating that there are 2 timelines splitting off of OoT. And Ganon is in both of them.

I liked the "smudgy textures", it had a artstyle that was very kind to my eyes. Metroid was crispier looking but imo far more bland...
