[LEA] Blaze's Training

OoC: Well, since you didn't say which teacher I shall have, I'll improvise.

In the corridors of The Dome, fighters of different shape, race, and color were bustling around with their teachers. It was loud and belligerent in the halls. It seemed that everyone and everything was active and moving. All except one.

Five years had passed since Regina told Blaze to find his room. He left The Dome and trained with his fellow Elementals, but he would occasionally come back to see if Regina came back or to meet new fighters. Soon enough, he had given up hope. He began to visit The Dome less and less. He thought he would never find Regina again. He was right, but fortune looked upon him as he meet two new people.

Blaze was with Frost and Lumis doing some intense meditation in a middle of a forest. Suddenly, a force that couldn't be explained came unto Blaze. He opened his eyes and stood up. He turned away and was about to walk when Lumis stopped him.

"Where are you heading, Blaze?" asked Lumis without opening his eyes or moving. Blaze turned back around. Frost was still sitting on the floor, but her eyes were open and she was facing him.

"I'm heading back to The Dome," responded Blaze. "I can't explain it, but there's something telling me I should go back." Still in his meditation stance, Lumis said,

"Go ahead. I know when you need to go somewhere, you go there regardless of what anyone says." Blaze nodded and began to walk away when Frost grabbed his leg. She stood up and whispered into his ear,

"Please be careful."

"Don't worry, I will," replied Blaze as he turned around and gave her a quick kiss on the cheek. He faced the way of The Dome and head out.

Upon his arrival, he found that the halls were still the same. They were as loud as ever. He began walking though the crowds of people and headed up the winding stairway to his room. When he reached his room, he saw two people walking down the hall and was heading towards him. One was tall, blonde human wearing a white tunic and a kilt. The other was a female elf with silver hair with blue streaks. As the two passed him, the young elf stopped in front of him.

"Excuse me," said the elf as she put out her hand. "You seemed to drop this." She opened her hand and there was his Volcano Marble. She dropped it in his hand.

"Thank you very much," said Blaze as he put the marble around his neck. Then, the young man came out and said,

"Ye should keep yer valubles close tae ye, laddie," he said in a think Scottish accent.

"So, who is your teacher?" asked the elf.

"I haven't had one for over five years," answered Blaze. The Scottish man blurted out,

"Ye dinnae have ah teacher?" He asked. Blaze nodded. "Mah name is Dane MacKiernan, Ah'd be glad tae be yer teacher." Just then, the elf grabbed Dane by his collar and pulled him back.

"Wait a minute, Dane. What about me?" asked the elf. She then turned to Blaze. "My name is Sileya." She turned back to Dane. "So, which one of us should train this one?"

OoC: Now tell me which teacher I will have. Oh, and just to warn you, I have a bad habbit of putting in more dialogue than description as you probably noticed.

Alrighty, nice job improvising on the teacher thing. Sileya will be your teacher, and you'll be placed into the intermediate class. It's great that you like to use dialogue. Dialogue is a good thing, but you still need to include good descriptions of your character's surroundings. Go ahead with Lesson 1.

"Ah think ye should teach `em," said Dane to Sileya. Sileya was surprised. Dane wouldn't just let her take a student.

"Are you sure, Dane?" asked Sileya. He nodded and headed back from whence he came. Sileya smiled and turned back to Blaze who was still a little confused. "So, I guess that makes me your new teacher. For your first lesson, meet me in the garden in ten minutes." Blaze's eyebrow rose as he asked his new teacher,

"The Dome has a garden? Where is it?" Sileya turned to her left, towards the stairs.

"I'm sure you'll find out," she said as she walked down the stairs. As the elf slowly disappeared, Blaze put his right hand on his room's door, right in the middle of Fire symbol. He hand glowed red and the door flew open. He walked in his room and the door closed behind him. He took a brief look around.

His bed was in the top right corner of his room. Its posts were black and the sides were red. A plain black mattress rested on the bed and a red sheet covered it. Its side was placed against the front wall. To the right of the bed was a gray nightstand that held a dimmed lamp and a digital alarm clock. The front and back walls were red and the sidewalls were black. The front wall had a single window facing the mountains.

On the top left side of the room was a meditation mat. It was gray and had a yin-yang in the middle. To the left of it was a small color T.V held up by a brown, wooden table. The remote was sitting on top of the T.V. To the left of the T.V was a white mini fridge. It had a single door. Blaze walked over and opened the fridge. Inside was a couple cans of soda, a quart of juice and a half-gallon of milk. He took the juice and closed the door. On top of the fridge were a several paper cups. He took one, poured juice into it and placed the juice back into the fridge. After finishing the juice, he threw it away in the garbage can right next to the door. He wiped his mouth with his arm and opened his door.

After exiting his room, he headed down the stairs. "Where would this garden be? Well, obviously outside. So, I have to find a door," Blaze said to himself. He wandered around The Dome, walking up stairs, down stairs, and through endless hallways. Then, at the end of a hallway, he saw a clear, glass door. On the other side he saw a giant fountain. Blaze walked through the door. He walked down a path with hedges almost as tall as him. When he reached the giant fountain, he noticed Sileya on the other side.

"So, you finally made it," said Sileya. "Here's you assignment: Search this garden and find one white lily, one ripened tomato, and a pair of tulip bulbs. After you have found them, bring them back to me." Blaze nodded and went off to the east.

As he continued down the east path, the hedges began turning into vegetable and fruit patches. “I’ll be able to find that tomato here,” said Blaze. He began looking at all the patches for a tomato. Once he found one, he felt each one to see which one was the ripest. He picked the ripest one and took the north path.

As he got deeper north, Blaze noticed how the vegetables turned back into hedges. He continued walking and noticed the hedges gaining more color. Then, the Fire Elemental reached the end of the path and was surrounded by flowers. They were all planted in a circular fashion, which mesmerized Blaze. He knelt down and examined each flower. The flowers were put in some sort of pattern, first a rose, then a lily, then a tulip, and then a poppy. The colors were also in a pattern, red, yellow, purple, and white. Blaze picked the first two tulips, a yellow one and a red. He had to go through several flowers until he got to a white lily. He picked it and headed back to Sileya. When he looked back, he noticed that the three flowers he just picked grew back in their place.

Blaze followed the north path back to the east path. When he reached the east path, he headed down it and saw the fountain in the distance. He met up with Sileya and handed her the items. She examined each one very carefully. She smiled and nodded.
