This is here in espoilers until Vandals with Class ends. This will describe his half cursed human/elf form.

Hair Color/Style: Pyre has crimson red hair which is wild and slicked back, showing his forehead. It reaches just past his shoulder blades.
Skin Color/Complexion: Creamy white skin
Appearance: Pyre looks like a normal toddler at first glance. His face is very childish, and there is still some baby fat on his face, but not as much as one would expect for a toddler. His ears are pointed, but they are in no way long like an elf's ears. His crimson red hair is the same hue as the scales in his dragon form and reaches halfway down his back. It's very wild and slicked back to show his forehead.
Pyre's bones are made out of the same chemical make-up as
Ren Nevisu's due to the fact like Ren, he too is a dragon.

Out of his shoulder blades are a pair of dragon wings. Typically they are folded up and pressed to his back, but when they are expanded they have a six feet wing span. Along the edges of his wings is crimson red as well on the outside. On the inside, however, his wings are a very light tan. They are made out of a leathery material, and are a miniature version of the wings of his true dragon form.
Pyre is very lean despite his age. Despite his curse and now toddler like in appearance, he is as strong as an adult human since he is a
dragon. His fingernails are like talons although they are a centimeter in length and can be incredibly sharp when he wants them to be.
He currently wears a blood red short sleeved tunic with a
long black jacket which reaches down to his calves. This isn't so much to keep him warm - as a dragon, he has not only an immunity to fire magic and high temperatures, but a naturally high body temperature - but to hide his wings. He has white tights and black boots which go up past his ankle.

Carried Possessions: Nada
Powers/Magic/Skills: Pyre, even in his cursed form, is still a formidable foe. For starters, he is not affected by fire of any kind and will not be burned by it. He, like Natasha, has a very high temperature core and since he is now a mammal instead of a lizard, this keeps him warm in most climates. However, like Natasha, he can't really sense temperature changes due to it unless it gets really cold.
- Fire - Pyre can still breathe fire. In fact at the moment, its the only way he can use his fire magic. Like he was in his adult dragon form, he is able to breathe fire for up to 50 feet for 10 second in one burst. The strength of these flames can go up to third degree burns. However, since he is now physically a toddler, it tires him out. He can only do about three of these a day, and in no way possible can he do them in a short sitting. While he can adjust the range and heat of his attacks, the most comfortable for him which doesn't tire him out as quickly is 5 feet at 3rd degree or 10 feet at second degree.
- Flying - Even in his toddler form, if Pyre so wishes it, he can fly. Since has developed his wing muscles and control to do so, he can fly with ease. It will be like walking to him, but better. Also, in this form, he is much more agile and can maneuver with greater ease then he can in his true form.
- Telepathy - Unfortunately for everybody, Pyre is a telepathic. He has the ability to go into people's minds whether they have made contact with him or not within a 50 yard radius. This must be a conscious effort on his part though. In addition, he can only hear what a person wants him to here unless he has made physical contact with the person. Upon that, they cannot hide their thoughts from him if they do not have the ability to do so. However, he can only go into one mind at a time. He can also mind rape a person with magic in their blood upon physical contact. When he does this, a person's whole life will flash before their eyes at an unbelievable rate causing the victim to have a headache for a brief period of time. What usually gets to them though is the physical trauma of him doing this.
- Dragon Marking - Like other dragons, he can make a mark which is the highest honor a dragon can give a human. Any sane dragon seeing this mark will help the bearer. So far only Rak Merchison has received this honor. This mark is actually a royal mark of the dragon clan he is from, the Lingwiloke. (This is actually Quenya (elven) for fire dragon.)
Battle Strengths: Pyre, despite his appearance, is as strong as an adult male. The fact he looks like a toddler gives him the element of surprise in the pitch of battle, and the fact he is a dragon gives him an extra edge in battle. He is immune to fire and heat, and his bones won't shatter when he is doing something stupid. Plus, his small size makes him a hard target to hit.
Battle Weaknesses: Pyre really isn't used to his new, fleshy humanoid form. He is used to throwing his weight around and not really having to worry about silly things such as sharp pointy objects. He was a two story tall, six ton dragon for ♥♥♥♥'s sake. However, now he is a small little humanoid. He doesn't know how to fight. He runs straight into danger without thinking because he has trouble getting used to the fact he isn't a dragon anymore.
Personality: Pyre has spent a good majority as an egg in elf, dwarf, human and other such races. As a result he is wise beyond his years and can guess a person's true nature, although he is more on the wary side to the point he is suspicious of all those around him. (Which explains his perfect acceptance to mind rape those around him.) In addition, due to this he feels uncomfortable outside the company of such species and has kind of developed an odd sort of Stockholm Syndrome towards them.
Rak Merchison and Natasha Brant were the first two not to see him as an object but as a living being and sees them as his ward (even though it has been pretty much just the opposite). He is protective towards them the most. (Although, due to Pyre traveling with Natasha currently he is looking after her more than Rak.) He does things to make sure they are safe, and will go great lengths and do
He has trouble understanding the rationale of humans (especially the rationale of Natasha) and is quick to assume the worst of them. He is very wary towards their motives. (Which is the reason he mind rapes them.)
He demands respect, although he doesn't always get it. Especially not from Natasha, which kind of irks him. In addition, he is an attention whore to a slight degree and loves being stared at and ogled over.
He is a gentleman dragon and gentle for the most part unless ♥♥♥♥ed with. He is very prideful, although he isn't very likely to lash out and go on a killing spree if it is bruised.
Lately Pyre has gone through a severe identity crisis. He learned he was a dragon prince whose family has been searching for him for 700 years only to have his identity as a dragon ripped away from him. He likes to boast he is a dragon prince, however, since he doesn't look like a dragon anymore nobody believes him. In fact, when those who see his wings believe he is a demon instead much to his chagrin. Not only that, he's having trouble adjusting to his new form.
Likes: Natasha, Rak, being ogled over, respect
Dislikes: Those who hurt his wards, not being respected, water
Fears: Losing Natasha and Rak; being on his own
Virtues: He is very protective over his wards and conscious towards their safety. He will do things which he feels is in their best interest, even if they don't agree with it. He is a rather gentle soul.
Vices: He can be a dick a lot of the time. He doesn't think, nor understand, how his words and actions can hurt those around him.
History:
Pyre's real name is in fact not Pyre but Elrohir Tîwele, which is elvish for Fire Emperor. He is the first born and prince of the Lingwiloke clan of dragons. However, Pyre is totally unaware of his royal pedigree.
The day Pyre was born, his was stolen by a group of thieves who wanted something from the Lingwiloke clan and decided to use their prince as blackmail to get what they wanted. However, before the negations could be settled, he was stolen by another group of thieves who knew nothing of his royal pedigree, just that it was a dragon egg.
For 700 years, Pyre's egg was stolen, sold, lost, found as his little mind grew and developed. He, however, knows nothing of who he was or where he came from. The only thing he knows are elves, dwarves and humans.
In Hatchling, he met with a young gladiator named Rak Merchison and a wild flame mage and a young princess by the name of Natasha Brant. He manages to convince them to help him (finally) be hatched. Both agree, although Natasha agrees only on the stipulation he helps her out with the problems of her country afterwards. He agrees.
This is when Pyre chooses a name for himself, and after a harrowing chase by an assassin group by the name of the Conclave, he is hatched by the efforts of Natasha and Rak.
Natasha and Rak part ways, Pyre going with Natasha. It was only a couple of weeks later when they run into two young women by the name of Miriam and Elise Venator, and a group of knights by the names of Khaz Serwen, Ren Nevisu and Rontu. All of whom are heading towards Elmir, the neighboring country to Altamire, Natasha's home country. They join together and form a motley crew. Pyre reading the memories of Elise and half reads the memory of Khaz only to get reprimanded by Natasha. Despite this, however, he still looks out for her.
They continue their journey to Altamire and at the edges Yurei and Elmir Pyre flew off to Altamire to make the Altamarians believe they were under attack by Elmir. The fact he was attacking them took their mind off the fact Angelica had passed a law forbidding the killing of twins. Angelica "defeated" him, and using the story he was from Elmir, the slave trade of Elmir was made known to the people of Altamire causing them to have all sorts of hell fury.
Pyre joined in the war and despite his want to return to Natasha's side, he was forced to stay with Jack and Simon's army as to not raise suspicion. However, at the end of the war, he chased after Natasha and Renee who had followed after her as well.
It was only a bit later when they reached the outskirts of Rabuel, south of Yurei, when they run into a young woman by the name of Cadenza and her own dragon companion by the name of Avello. Cadenza informs Pyre of his true birthright, and Natasha and Renee convince him to go to see his parents - both of them being orphans and understanding the power of family. Pyre agrees, however, Renee suggests they stop at a town to stock up first.
Before that can happen though mages from Altamire to retrieve Natasha attack the group. While they are quickly destroyed, it makes Natasha feel that being with the rest of the group will put their lives in danger and she runs away. Unfortunately, she is captured and due to the recent war between Altamire and Elmir and the rumors of the Firebrand still being alive, she is recognized as The Firebrand and she's hauled to the capital to be executed.
Pyre (as well as Renee, Cadenza and Avello) refuse to let this happen however, and chase after her. They attack and raze the capital city, but in the process Pyre reveals his true name and is cursed to a toddler human/elf. While Natasha was able to be rescued, Cadenza could only undo the curse partially.
Pyre, however, is too ashamed to face his family in this condition and now Natasha and Renee are helping him to find the way to break the curse.
