Hero's Poetry
Alright I wrote this about 5 months ago, my friends thought it cool and I thought I could share it with you guys.
You're A Hidden Treasure I travelled the world in search of you, there is no limit to what I've been through. Oh what I would do to hold your hand, but instead I dread in sand. I'm lost in a desert I thought I'd find you in, though all I've found makes my world spin. I need to find you and show you I care, and all the memories we will share. I should have told you when I had the chance to, now my feelings will never be able to do. I'm running out of water and this desert's only getting hotter, I don't think I'll find you but I'm not about to stutter. A village I see, just like in my dream, this is where I saw you scream. As I run up to find you here, my heart cried my last tear. You stand on the roof of a home but you're not up there alone, Something's wrong and that man behind you is in the wrong zone. The next thing I saw set aflame to my heart, he pushed you off and you fell faster than a dart. Then it comes clear, all I have is all I feared. I wake up from the illusion, drowning in quicksand and this is my conclusion. Written by: Javid Kulizade (My real name) |

Re: Hero's Poetry
Here is another poem.
Giving Up He stood there in the doorway holding her hand, wanted to express what he felt but she didn't understand. Slowly but surely he knew her more and more, it wasn't too long before he learned she used to be a whore. Her weakness was the addiction to drugs, living her life around downtown thugs. "Quit them smokes and turn down that liquor", he said but each time she did it again quicker and slicker. "You're ruining your life girl can't you see?", but she complained and said how it was her key. For days and weeks he stayed true trying to help her through, after a long time of trying he had nothing left to do. He was fired from work, his mother had died, his friends thought him a dork, he'd taken a death ride. His girl's life was changing but he didn't know, she wanted to surprise him by quitting real slow. He became depressed, enraged and full of fear, she noticed and saw he started drinking beer. Next morning was a day of mistakes, "**** it I'm ending my life tonight, piece of cake." She came home to find him dressing up and leaving, wanted to say something but he wasn't a human being. He died then on that ugly day, she couldn't even say "I threw my last cigarette away". Yes, I know it's depressing but hey I write what's in my head. Just not the retarded things.
