My interviews with the Avatar: Last Airbender characters

Bet you didn't see this one coming, didn't ya?

For those who don't know. It's a show on Nick and i just like it so much that i'm doing this! I'll still continue my Zelda interveiws. It's not ending now. Well, why don't we start it out by interviewing Aang, shall we?

Chapter One: Aang

(It's a new land. All new to me. I cross the plains on my horse, Boga, but the thing is, i don't know where to go. I am totally lost and all i have is a new recorder, the Kokiri Sword that i...*ahem* took from Mido and my horse.)

Me: Well, this sucks. How am i to interview people in this land when i don't know where i am? (Sees rainclouds coming) Crap. I'll be stuck in a thunderstorm, no doubt.

(As i continue on, hours pass and then the rains start. Groaning, i almost miss a young person standing in the distance)

Me: (Peers closly) Hello? HELLO!

Person: Hi there! Are you lost?

Me: Yeah, i'm trying to find Aang, but i don't know where to look.

(The boy suddenly jumps up in the air and lands close to me)

Boy: You found him. My name is Aang. Who are you?

Me: I'm LtZ.

Aang: Hey, weren't you the guy that love to torment Link when ever you interviewed people in Hyrule?

Me: What?! Where did you get that idea?

Aang: I saw a note taped on your back. It says: "Beware: This guy hates Link and loves to torment him! =Navi from Hyrule." Who's Navi?

Me: (Mentally pictures Navi in a glass bottle) Navi's just this annoying person in Hyrule.

Aang: I see...

Me: Well...(Hops off horse) I'm LtZ and i was going to interview you.

Aang: Yay! (He makes a wind sphere and sits on it) Okay, let's begin.

Me: Okay then. (Turns on recorder) Okay then, so you are the Avatar?

Aang: Yeah. (Thinks) Man, how can people guess it? Do i have an "I'm the Avatar!" stamped on my forehead? Note to self: Check for said stamp.

Me: Why do you have to learn all four elements? All you have to do is get the Waterbenders and Earthbenders to give there all on the Fire Nation and you unleash powerful hurricane-like storms on them, right?

Aang: Well, good point, but how will that help? You see, the Avatar is...well...let's just say he's stronger than everyone else. So if we just unleashed all the fury of heck on the Fire Nation like you said...How will that help? They'll simply start deploying their troops to singe us to death. If it were that easy, we would have done it a long time ago.

Me: I see...Okay, next...

Boga: (screams and runs off)

Me: BOGA! (Runs after her and stops to catch breath. Looks up) HOLY CRAP!

(A huge colossal size bison approaches us. As i am panicking, Aang is laughing)

Aang: Ha ha! Don't worry, LtZ. That's Appa.

Me: Impa? (Wonders how Zelda's caretaker somehow transformed into a huge bison)

Aang: No, Appa. He's my friend.

Me: I see...So, why is Zuko so obsessed with finding you?

Aang: Because i have here, in my pockets, the Zelda CD-I games that he has and he doesn't want me to let the world know. You are the only other soul here that knows.

Me: Woah...

Aang: Besides that, it's because I am the Avatar and the Fire Nation knows this and they want to stop it.

Me: So they can continue to ruthlessly plunge this land into darkness? Reminds me of Ganondorf when he tries to take over Hyrule.

Aang: Well, possibly.

(Suddenly, there's a huge screech in the air. Aang turns around and scans the area.)

Aang: LtZ...I sense trouble...

(A monster shows up out of nowhere and starts running towards us)

Aang: LtZ! Run for cover! I'll hold him off!

Me: Don't. (I take out my sword)

Aang: That sword won't do much, LtZ! You've got to run!

(Without thinking, i quickly hold my hands in the air)

Me: FIRAGA!

(A big ball of fire shoots out of my hands and attack the dragon. I then jump up in the air and down a downward thrust into the monster's head like Link does. The monster unleashes one final cry and then dies. I turn around smugly to see Aang with a furious look on his face)

Aang: You're a Firebender! I knew i shouldn't have trusted you!

Me: Now, Aang. Look. There's...(Gets blown back by Aang's attack) Aang! Are you gonna do that to every single Firebender you meet!?

Aang: Firebenders are the reason there's a war going on! They do nothing but destroy anything alive!

Me: I see.

Aang: Just like now! You've set 3 trees ablazed. Within minutes to an hour, you'll have begun a forest fire.

Me: I can put it out.

Aang: How?

Me: WATERAGA! (The spell crashes into the burning trees and puts the fire out) See?

Aang: You're a Firebender AND a Waterbender? Just who am i talking too?

Me: I am no fire/earth/wind/air bender. I'm just a guy who learned to summon spells from distant lands.

Aang: Are you sure?

Me: I'm sure. Now, We should be off...but where's my horse?

Aang: She ran off. Well, we'd best go back to Sokka and Katara. Come with me.

Me: Okay then. (I mount Appa with difficulty)

Aang: Appa! Yip, yip!

(Appa rises in the air and starts to fly. Great, a HUGE FLYING BISON? All this is too much for me and i pass out. I do not know what sort of trouble i'm heading into. But what i do know is, Navi must pay for posting that sign on my back.)

YES!!!!!!! first post anyway it was awsome as usual. I myself love avatar. You know how you put mtrf in the zelda interview's can you put me in these one's? If so you can just call me HP (hyrule Pheonix) and i'm just your avvarage air bending kid that learned to bend the same way as you thanks.Also you could have me love your interviews.

I was thinking of interivewing Katara next, but then again, i was thinking of interviewing Zuko or Iroh. Who do you think i should interveiw next?

ummmm........how about katara. Also when you interview Zuko you could have him like avatar crazy not like in the show but like...CRAZY! Like maybe he could like smell you and get mad because he could smell the avatar scent on you. Also i think it would be a good idea for you to make these interview's a little more of a story with a plot with interviews where ever you can fit them. Anyway very good keep it up!

Okay then! I'll plot out the next interivew. But should i make Katara ask more questions than LtZ does or what? I'm thinking of having her worry that if LtZ reveals where he came from, then the Fire Nation might attack Hyrule or...How should i make it funny? I was thinking of having her continuously banter with Sokka, but what could they argue about?

Well when i say plot i meen more like have a story behind these instead of just interviews.
To make it funny i think she could be super stressed out and crazy. Maybe you could ask her whats wrong with her and she could grab you and say, "what do you meen i looked stressed. NOT EVERYONE"S AS HAPPY AS YOU!!!!!"(that was really bad) yea sokka and her could fight a lot but about what.... maybe about what's better bending or no powers. Not my best post but here are some bad ideas.

Chapter Two: Katara
(I wake up from the coma to see Aang and Sokka looking at me)

Aang: You okay, LtZ?

(I get up, groaning. I realize i am in a small hut. Katara is busy drinking by the fireplace.)

Me: Yeah...I'm fine, thanks. (Takes out recorder)

Sokka: Um...what are you doing?

Me: I have to interview Katara.

Sokka: Is this some sort of...

Me: I was hired by someone from Hyrule to interview people. (I sit in the chair opposite Katara) Hello Katara. I'm LtZ and i'm here to interview you.

(Katara looks at me and sets her cup and book down)

Katara: Um...Okay. Ask away.

Me: (Turns on recorder) Okay. First question, did you teach Aang how to waterbend?

Katara: I...think i did. Didn't i teach you to do that, Aang?

Aang: Yeah, i think so too.

Katara: Yeah..

Me: Okay, next question: can every nation do bendings?

Katara: No. Not everyone in every specific nation can do bending of their respective element. Take Sokka for example. He comes from the Water Tribe as i do, yet he can't waterbend, but i can.

(As we are talking, i notice she is not all there. Her figure is shaking and she seems to be in the distance)

Me: Hey, you okay?

Katara: Huh?

Me: You okay? You seem a bit stressed.

Katara: Bit stressed, huh? You think i am A BIT STRESS! (Grabs me) NOT EVERYONE IS HAPPY 24/7, LTZ! WE HAVE THE WHOLE FIRE NATION AGAINST US! IT'S A MILLION OF THEM VERSUS THREE OF US!

Me: Hey, I battled things worser than pyromaniac warriors.

Katara: Really?

Me: I fought an evil sorcerer, i fought a demon that was going to make the moon crash into the earth, i fought an overgrown monster that was bent on destroying Spira....

Katara: BUT THAT WAS DIFFRENT! Don't you see? You have more power than us! You can cast water, fire, and a bunch of other stuff! You even weilded the sword Link from Hyrule used! You probably had a horde of powerful allies at your disposal.

Me: No. I had a Ruto-loving kid, Link....

Katara: LISTEN TO ME! Link is uber powerful, right? HE CAN EVEN GO THROUGH TIME! Did he have to fight soldiers who could shoot fire from their hands?! Did he!?

Me: He had to fight a guy who could shoot energy ball things out of his hands, yeah.

Katara: But...did he have to fight COUNTLESS AMOUNTS OF THAT GUY!?!?! No? He only had to fight one, didn't he?

Me: Yeah...But still...

Katara: BUT NOTHING! Don't you see, LtZ? The reason i am stressed out is that there are only three of us, what left of the Earthbending tribe versus an endless horde of FIREBENDERS! Not that i'm giving up on anything, but COME ON! I CAN'T BE ALL HAPPY AND: "Come on, we can do this! Let's stay true to our hearts and fight for our freedom!" EVERY DAY! I CAN BE STRESSED OUT AS WELL TOO! GAAAH! (She starts screaming louder) NOT EVERYONE IS HAPPY AS YOU AND HAS LINK OR ANY OF HIS CLONES FOR THAT MATTER AT THEIR DISPOSAL!

Sokka: (Looks out of tent and turns around) Uh...Katara?

Katara: (Ignores him) SO QUIT ACTING LIKE WE ARE ALL LIKE LINK OR THAT WE HAVE HIM WITH US! WE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHO THE HECK HE WAS UNTIL YOU TOLD US! SO SHADDAP ABOUT ME BEING A "WEE BIT TENSE" AND LEARN TO PUT YOURSELF INTO OTHER PEOPLE'S SHOES...

Aang: KATARA! The Fire Nation is here!

Katara: ...Crap!

(I run out to see 40 Firebending soldiers on the shore)

Katara: Grrr...Look, we have to save the village and get ourselves out of here, now! LtZ! Come with us!

Me: No, Katara. You all go. I'll stay here.

(We see the soldiers looking at the leader of the ship, Zuko get out of the boat and walk towards us)

Hope you liked it. I added the last bit in to get the story started. Up next, no interview, but LtZ, Aang, Sokka, and Katara battle it out to defend the Earthbending village from the Fire Nation! What suprises await them when they see a Zora fight for the first time? Don't worry, Zuko's interivew will come soon.

I hope i didn't overdo it with Katara over-reacting...

here's a suggestion. You could try to interview Zuko while your dodging the fire ball's he's sending at you that could be funny but do what you want. Anyway it was great.
(COULD SOMEONE ELSE POST BESIDE'S ME AND LTZ)!!!!!! Ltz do you mind if i put a link in my thread to your interviews with zelda charecters.

EEEeee! I love Avatar!! (note my signature) Interview Toph! Or Sokka... they are my favorite characters.

Toph would have to be stubborn, and she'd have an attitude... and Sokka would have to be sarcastic.. wouldn't he? Haha... he could get hungry in the middle of the interview, and leave to go and eat.

I'll even help write some of the dialogue if you like.

The interviews you have there are really good. And they pertain to the characters "personalities" quite well. Write more!!

I love anything about Avatar.

Chapter 3: Zuko

Zuko: Where's the Avatar?

Me: Why do you want him? He's just a boy, Obi-Wan...er...Nobody can help him now...

Katara: Hey!

Aang: Ssh...I think he's on something...

Zuko: Only the Avatar can beat us.

Me: Wow, i bet you feel pretty tough, picking on a couple of children that aren't as strong as you are. Wow, you are a wimp! Maybe that's because you play the Zelda CD-I games, huh, Zuko?

Zuko: What? You're just a pathetic fish-like creature! You won't stand a chance against the Fire Nation!

Me: If you want him and the others, come and claim him....(Poses) But i warn you...Don't underestimate one you don't know.

(Zuko suddenly launches a barrage of fire from his hands and i activate the Zora shield. The fires get absorbed)

Me: One question, Zuko...Why did you get the scar?

Zuko: (Attacks more feircly) That's NONE of your buisness!

Me: Really? (I then cross my arms and launch out the boomrangs. They strike the other soldiers on the head, knocking them out. While they do that, i do a barrage of kicks and punches on the other soldiers. I then feel a seering pain on my shoulder) AAAH!

Zuko: You didn't see it coming, didn't you?

Me: No, but here's another question, why are you so obsessed with the Avatar like Gollum is to the One Ring of Power?

Aang: (Attacks a soldier) LtZ, are you just gonna have a pleasent chat with Zuko or fight him?

Zuko: Because then i would regain my honor again! (Attacks some more)

Me: I see...(Swings sword against another Firebender and accidently casts fire on Zuko, who dodges. They pause)

Firebender Soldier: (He's silly in the head and assumes everyone who can manipulate fire is his comrade) Y-You are a Firebender like us? I apologize for trying to attack, comrade.

Zuko: Don't listen to him! He's trying to trick us. He's no Firebender!

Me: Really? Well, take this! (Holds hands up in air) WATERAGA! (A huge blast of water strikes them) DIN'S FIRE! (A fire shield attacks them)

Zuko: (Dodges them and then launches a repeated attack on me, but i dodge as well) How can a fish-like person know so much?

Me: I am a Zora that went through lots of training. I also have the blood of the Zora Warrior in me.

Zuko: M'kay. (Turns around) Where's our boat?!

Me: Oh, your boat? It must have gotten destroyed when we were fighting. Guess you have to walk the rest of the way.

(Aang comes in on Appa. I hop on)

Aang: Appa! Yip, yip!

(We take off)

Me: Well, that went well.

Katara: You fought very good for a Zora, LtZ.

Me: (Smiles then remembers something) OH CRAP! I forgot to use the recorder!

Sokka: Did you? What about this? (Holds out fishing pole with my recorder attatched to it) I got the liberty to take your recorder and turn it into a fishing hook and hold it near you and Zuko while you guys were fighting. Although, the recording does seem like you both fought on a rollercoaster instead...

(We laugh)

Katara: What's the next stop, Aang?

Aang: Back to the Airbending Temple. There's a friend i want you to meet.

Hope you like the battle between Zuko and me. Up next, we meet Aang's friend in the Airbending temple. This is where HP comes in.

I don't mind if you include Link... I mean, you are a Zora afterall (a part of Zelda) ... why not add Link?

You are really getting these personalities down.

YA IT'S OK. it was very very good. Toph is also one of my favorite charecters if not my favorite and the idea's given were great. THIS IS FOR COMEDY AND COMEDY ONLY!!!!! If you would like you could have HP like Toph but like i said i don't really just for comedy. Also in real life i am super sarcastic so that would be one thing to include with HP. I'll go get some idea's for HP there awsome so far keep it up.

Thanks. I might have not told you all, but i watch Avatar myself, so i know what their personaliteis are like. I was worried that i made Zuko seem like a DBZ character, but what a relief that i got his character matched perfectly in the interview!

In the next chappy, we see HP and our Hylian hero in the Airbending Temple. What instanity will ensue? Who knows!

Sounds great like i said i'm very sarcastic so maybe...... I could be friends with sokka the next time he's in a interview.Again i'm going to go think up some idea's but that's all i got for now so keep up the good work.

Okay, here's a new chapter and i decided to put Toph in it early to have Aang do some Earthbending. Enjoy! I didn't watch the episode where Toph first appeared, so i don't really know what her character is, but i see her as a teacher sort of.

Chapter 4: Toph's Apprentince

(We touch down at the Airbending Temple to see Link sparring with a girl)

Me: Aang? Who's the girl?

Aang: Oh, i didn't tell you yet, but that's Toph, my Earthbending teacher. Looks like she's teaching Link right now.

(We hop down and approach them)

Toph: (Bends some rocks and hurls them at Link, who blocks with his shield) Get your stance correct, Link!

Link: Right...

Aang: Toph?

Toph: Hello Aang. Just teaching Link how to use his shield. He tells me that during his travels, he never used it very much, so he might have forgotten.*

Me: I see...

Toph: (To me) So you are...A zora, right? Link told me all about you. Is it true you called him a: "kid in tights who runs around with a pocket knife"?

Me: (Mentally imagines Navi in a bottle) Yeah...Navi told you, didn't she?

Navi: (Flys angrily to my face) I might still like you, LtZ, but you never apologized to Link for what you called him!

Me: Navi, we've been through this discussion before. I'll think of Link what i think of. I have my own opinions!

Navi: But Link is the Hero of Time and he deserves...

Aang: Actually, LtZ's right. He has his own opinions. He can call me "Baldie with an Arrow-Head" if he wanted to.

Me: Look, let's just clear things up, m'kay, Navi!? I was angry at Tingle and...

Tophi: LtZ, Navi, please stop fighting. (To Aang) I want you to meet a friend of mine.

(A boy approaches Tophi)

Tophi: This is HP, just your regular Airbending kid.

HP: Hello Aang.

Aang: But...I thought i was the last Airbender.

Toph: Well, HP managed to survive the Fire Nation attack on the Wind Temple somehow. Well, I guess we should proceed to...

Navi: (Still lecturing on why i should show Link undying respect) And furthermore...

(CLUNK and CRASH)

(We turn around quickly to the noise, Link's Master Sword had apparently swung out of his hands and slammed into the wall and got stuck. Link struggled to wrentch it free.)

Link: Oh great...The Master Sword...Lodged into a wall and i can't get it out! What if Ganondorf returns? What am i going to tell Zelda?

Toph: Hmmm...Aang? This might be a good training session...

Sokka: Um...Aang's a bit faulty on the Earthbending, so i think we should just try to avoid breaking Link's sword.

Toph: How will he learn if he never tries? (To Aang) Go on.

(Aang then gets into stance and puts his arms out towards the wall with the lodged Master Sword and our hapless Hylian struggling to wrentch it free. Slowly, the rocks trapping the sword seperate. As it gets bigger, Aang starts to falter.)

Toph: Remember what i taught you.

Aang: What if i accidently destroy the temple?

Toph: You're just getting a sword out, Aang. Link's the one pulling with all his might. Just open the rock enough for him to do it.

(Aang nods and makes the rocks expand a little farther. Link manages to get his sword out and Aang relaxes.)

Toph: Not bad...not bad at all.

Link: (Looks half shocked and relieved) Yeah...Thanks...

Aang: So...What's our next destination?

Link: Well, LtZ's the interveiwer so...

Toph: He can interveiw me if he wishes.

Me: Okay then. (I take out my recorder)

Toph: Next chapter, LtZ. This one's getting too long.

Me: (Sighs and puts it away)

*When i'm playing OoT, MM, WW (and soon TP), i barely use the shield at all.

The interveiw with Toph is next chapter! I hope i got her character right. I just saw her as a teacher, so i might have written her like she was a teacher instead of how she is in the show. Hope you liked this chapter!
