The title is so ominous, but the lyrics are so sweet. I especially like the verse

Heh, thanks. The title is actually a bit of an inside joke with the person I wrote it for/about.

Well, we were just talking about the crime rate in certain areas. He said that there were often more than two murders a day, you just didn't hear about them. I replied by asking how he knew they happened if he didn't hear about them on the news. He said, "Well, they find the bodies later". We both were laughing, and then I said that we should stop because murder isn't funny...Good times.

'Life on the Murder Scene' could also have something to do with it; MCR fan by chance? The title similarity is okay, though.

That little bit aside, I liked it; simple theme, excellent choice of wording, and I could easily picture the way the song sounds in my mind. A good thing. My favorite line:

Well the title did sound familiar when I came up with it, but I couldn't put my finger on where I'd heard it. Now I know =]. I'm not really a big MCR fan. Well, not enough of a fan to jack their titles...hah.

But thank you! That's pretty nifty that you can imagine how it would sound.

Alright, moving down...This one's called "Exits Lacking Numbers". It's kind of sad, but I feel that it has a subtle touch of contentment. Or maybe more like, acceptance of your situation. Anyway...

The title is also very catchy. Hah.

Exits Lacking Numbers is certainly a catchy title! I think the song is bittersweet and has a somewhat elusive tone. The repetition of "well" in the first few verses seem to indicate some hesitation. I especially enjoyed the last verse.

A little confusing at first, but a nice song nevertheless. You do wonders, Tosha.
