My poems!

Well,I thought that since poetry is one of my hobbys I could show it to everyone, hope you'll like it!

To love a friend.

Like the sun shines on us all,
as all the threes stand tall,
when you hear the winds call,
someone will always fall.

As anyone loves one another,
and everyone's too tired to bother,
when you are me and me are you,
will it ever be uss two?

That is great poem, succinctness does not hinder it at all! Plus I enjoyed your rhyme, is english your first language?

This piece was quite nice, short and to the point, it woud be perfect with some type of animation me thinks

Thank you! Actually english is my second language,my native language is swedish.....Maybe, if you want to,I could show of a poem I've written in swedish and then translate it for you all?
But otherviese I'll just ceep on writing the english ones.

Ok I'll show you some of my poems then! This next one will be in swedish,but the thing is that if it rhymes in swedish,I'm not sure I can translate it into english and still make it rhyme....but at least I can translate it so you all know what it's about!
Ok here's one...

Hur kunde de?

Hur kunde de?
Hur bara vågadde de behandla dig så?
Du som hadde ingenstans att ta vägen,
Du som hadde ingenstans att gå.

Translation:

How could they? <---the name of the poem.

How could they?
How did they just dare to treat you like that?
You who had no place to run to,
You who had no where to go.

Yes, since you are from Sweden I figured English was your second language. Might I compliment your rhyming again! And I think your new poem in swedish not only sounds great, it looks great!

Your newest poem is superb! There is such conflict in it, its hard to not be compelled! I want to ask you about the last line, but that would be uncouth. Looking forward for your Swedish poetry!

Status.

Skolan börjar idag,
Alla är lyckliga utom jag,
Alla ler och låtsas de är någon de inte är,
Alla verkar galna och jag står precis här,
Vad är det med er,är ni inte riktigt kloka?
Det är vad jag vill skrika,
Men jag är för blyg,det är nog bäst att tiga,
Och se hur ni offrar era vänner för ett bättre status.

And now for the translation,but remember that this time I've changed the translation a little bit,just to make it sound better,but don't worry,I havent changed any major events in the poem-enjoy!

Status. <----The title.

The school starts today,
Everyone is happy exept the bullied and they'll pay,
Look at me,
I'm not happy,can't you see?
When everyone is going dumb,
And I'm standing here totally numb,
Watching you give upp your friends for a higer status.

The past.

Moon shade your light on me,
So that I can remember thee,
Who sacrificed their life that day,
And all thoose memories turns into grey,
Dust from ancient cultures fades away,
The door shuts before uss,we've lost the key,
Dream on,dream on,as a fairytale it now seems to be,
The past no one,no longer can see.

Oh awesome poem Farelle! I especially like that poem, being as interested in ancient civilizations as I am. It had a wonderful sense of mystery and magic to it. Excellent work!

I'm a child captivated whit in,
