Death trails the the voice of deceit and hatred
Ones who hurt people with words of sympathy Nobody knows the ailing pain of loneliness They know when the words are true and when it's false Death is trailing me Am I dead? No, but my heart is Have I been forgiven of my sins? Will I remember true happiness? This is for now, unknown.

Nice poem. Should put "Am I dead?" up with "Death is trailing me" and put a comma between the two lines.
