Zuna Kai Shrine
You can get a hint about this Shrine Quest by talking to Jerrin at the Akkala Ancient Tech Lab. Travel to the northern edge of Skull Lake in the northwest of the Akkala Region. Find the Shrine on top of the tallest pinnacle of rock (the right eye). Glide to the pinnacle from the highest point you can find. Climb the remaining distance to the top and use the Sheikah Slate to open the Shrine.
Wet weather will make it harder to climb up, so wait until it’s dry. Climbing up from the base of the pinnacle is possible but difficult. It is also possible to glide straight to the top from the mountains in the west, if you can get up there and have enough Stamina. Items that increase your Stamina or movement speed can help.
Zuna Kai’s Blessing
Open the Treasure Chest to get a Flameblade. Collect a Spirit Orb from the Monk Zuna Kai.
