Hail everyone!

Hey there, first off.
Greetings everyone, I am Zonack another Zelda fan that looks to talks about the most awsome Single Player game in history in my opinion.
I decided to join this forums because this webpage has more Zelda information that any other webpage and I am working on a project... a big one if I may say so... one that of course involves Zelda characters... and I'm sure this is the place to show it.
My recent Zelda addiction was... unexpected.
Maybe this post will be too long for the 1st time but I kinda need your help.

The first Zelda I saw was A Link to the Past, I was 6 back then... and for me it was just another game, just like Super Mario World, just like Warcraft I, it was a game.

I remember watching my brother playing it and playing it.
And I started to play it, of course I on my brother's file since I already wanted to have all the hearts and all the items, whacking the monsters with the power beam was fun enough.

Then a couple of months passed and Ocarina of Time appeared, I was really into it, not because it was Zelda, I was stuck in Fantasy overall, a guy with a Sword and a shield was enough for me to like the game.
I watched my brother play it and play it... and when I played it.. well I never really passed through Dodongo's Cavern... I had that weird habit... after beating Dodongo's Cavern I always started over... why? God knows haha.

So well my bro beated the game and I used his file to explore all the world, kill Ganon and so, and then it kinda insipired me not to start again but I just got to the Water Temple and got stuck there.

Then... our N64 got screwed for some reason and we just stopped consoles and went on PC's, I am still a PC gamer, nevertheless Zelda is pretty much the only game that doesn't make me forget consoles.

So then I kinda forgot about Zelda... like totally, I mean sure I still remembered Link and Zelda, and thought ''Wow... those guys are badass..''
Then 1 year ago I went to a friend's house and he put Super Smash Brothers Meele, and THEN I saw em, Link, Young Link, Zelda/Sheik and Ganondorf.
All graphically improved, so awsome and of course I picked them Right away!
I also noticed that he had Wind Waker.. and my interest for Zelda remerged.... not to mention that my brother downloaded Ocarina of Time songs... all so perfect... Koji Kondo is one HELL of a musician.

Then 2 months ago my friend lent me his Gamecube.... and my brother was amazed, we got so stuck in computers we totally forgot about consoles and Zelda, he was damn happy. ''****in sweet! A new zelda!''

Then I started investigating all the Zelda games and discovered all the 14 Zelda games... 14 games full of action, fun and amazing characters each and everyone of them.
Then I discovered a NES and SNES emulator and checked the first 3 Zelda games... I was... amazed you know.. ''Link with brown hair? What the... Zelda doesn't have the same dress as Ocarina of Time, ugh they are sure ugly''.

I was wrong, they were amazing, every and one of each are total amazing.
Brown hair, yellow hair, tall, small who cares those guys are awsome!

Then I decided to read all the Zelda lore, and pretty much to play all the Zelda games out there, from The Legend of Zelda to Phantom Hourglass.
Come to think of it I have never ever finished a Zelda game.
I was young back then, loading my brother's file and kill Ganon was enough.
But now it ain't.
I started by downloading the emulator again and.. played the 1st Zelda... but I just can't play them on computer... the fact that you can save and load at ANY point is just plain stupid and its like cheating in my opinion.
So I want to play em all like they must be played.. on console and GameBoy.

So.. the help I need is that... its really worth it?
I say it is, but maybe you can tell me otherwise.

But I really needed to write this.

very brilliant first post you made there Zonack, *is impressed!*
Of cOURSE the games are worth playing (in my opinion!) , although the only one I ever PROPERLY finished was Majora's Mask- I did actually complete TP aswell, buuut I had already seen my sister complete parts of it so it didnt make me feel..nnnn...ECSTATIIIIIC when I finished the entire game like MM did! See?! ^_^
I'm in the middle of playing OoT, PH, TMC, and finishing a small bit of WW off at the moment, I should hopefully start playing them again soon!

Aaanyway, it's excellent to see that you've read the rules and are planning on staying awhile, make friends and enjoy yourself! I hope to see you around, *hands you some Pepsi or whatever it is you would like to drink,*

Yeah, the games are totally worth it. They're all quite excellent. Getting them all might give you an empty feeling in your wallet, but your Zelda craving will be satisfied
And yes, Koji Kondo is incredible. I am not worthy to even speak of him

WW=Wind Waker OoT=Ocarina of Time TP=Twilight Princess ALttP=A Link to the Past

Hmmm speaking of that... how much does it costs to download LoZ, AoL, OoT etc from Wii VC?
And what do I need to download them?

About in total more than $30 less than $40 to download you need a interent connection and Wii Points whitch you buy in cards at a game place Eb Games etc or with a credit card. I'm new so see ya around.

Haha I knew it! I just need to get a Wii and a DS!

Can I play Link's Awakening and Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages in the DS? Or I must get a GB Advance?
