What goes down in the battle arena?
Hi all, I was wondering what do people do in the battle arena? It seems like a nice idea but I'm not 100% sure what goes on there - can ne1 tell me?

In the battle arena people battle...you could have checked yourself if you really wanted to know....I never go there though. That's what I assume goes on o_O

No I've checked it out and stuff I'm just not sure how it works and weather you need to be in a clan!

No, theres no need to be in a clan.
Just make a character up. Post that character in its own topic in the character approval sub-forum. Once it is approved by someone like Mercutio or Kishin, take the profile and put it in the official character approval thread. To battle either join an open fight, join a fight addressed to you, or start a fight on your own. Don't do stuff like one hit kills, obviously, and make your writing the best you can. I don't mean get ridiculous, but make sure your grammar and spelling are doing well. Don't worry about being perfect, but don't post a sloppy, completely unpolished battle. Don't let your battles be too short. But don't worry about making them ultra long. Make sure for quality. And overall, have fun. Thats the point isn't it? See you there. PS: Be creative. Its much nicer to see a creative battle. Use your head and surprise the Battle Arena vets.

Yeah, Bobslob summed it up before I could.
Just to get the feel for everything, you could join one of the schools there, where experienced fighters will bring out the best of your writing so you can apply it to your battles. You also might want to look over some peoples' battles, just to get a feel for how things work.
