You can go to the clan forums, and then read one of the stickies posted there. You have to be a member for one month and have to take a...ugh...just go to the forum and read the sticky.

To join a clan you must have been here for a month, and must have over 50 posts.
PM BGS (BigGoronSword), GoldenChaos, Shetani, or... I forgot who else. Ask for a clan test. You will be put in a clan based on your answers.
The clans are..
Nayru Clan; Clan of Wisdom.
Farore Clan; Clan of Courage
Din Clan; Clan of Power
