The "New Members" sub-forum.And,if you want to make a sig shop,just post a thread in the "Signature Shops" sub-forum,saying that you're opening up a shop.Then,set up some rules and boundaries.And presto,we have a sig shop.

Conveniantly they are both sub forums in this forum, don't worry, someone would probably had got mad if you posted an intro thread in the art an entertainment forum but i guess here it's understandable.
