Hi Tanooki! Welcome to Zelda Universe! I am sure you will have fun here! Here you would actually people from japan, and well from all over the globe. Just follow the rules and stay out of trouble. If you ever need help I can gladly help you In what ever way I can. If not I am sure most people here at ZU (Zelda Universe) would be gladly to help you out as well. As for the forum skin. You can scroll all the way down and there is a pop up menu to the bottom left corner. That is where you may switch skins.
