Zelda Classic

Does anyone here play Zelda Classic? It's the original Zelda for Windows, Mac or Linux and it's also used to develop Zelda fan games. It's pretty awesome from what I've played.

Haha yeah it's really cool. I'm playing it since I never played the original Zelda, and it's a lot better than downloading the ROM.

Yeah, I have the rom. But I like this because it has the revamped versions of it, I think it's cool that they made it look like LA/ALttP

I love this so much, I recently found out about this and it's so awesome.

By the way, if anyone wants beta versions of 2.5 (Just in case you think 2.10 is older, 2.5=2.50>2.10) go to shardstorm.com

2.5 is way better than the 2.10. Countless new features.

isn't this the game where you can either play the original zelda OR make your own zelda game, they give you a big area and you can put anything you want, I once put a boss plus millions of gibdos xD. they even has premade ones and it ahs the gerudo desert song

Just go down to Register Name and hit enter, alt is A and ctrl is B.

Haha yeah I'm pretty sure it is. That site has a lot of fan games for download too. I might make one myself if I can ever figure out how.

I've been using this for ages, but I can never actually get round to finishing making a game, I think the furthest I've ever made was one dungeon, but if anyone has the time it is definitely the easiest way of making a Zelda fan game, and v2.5 is set to be even better.

Doesn't work with Vista. I had it on my old XP computer. Then i got Vista. And, I've downloaded it like...ten times. Doesn't work. So, for Vista users, tough luck.

Yeah. It sucks.

its very confusing to edit your own game. you need to know a lot about programming and stuff
