Is Sahasrahla only in ALttP?

I like Sahasrahla and I think he should be in more Zelda games

ive never even realized he hasnt been in any other games.

I always thought that the old guy from WindWaker, that had the Big head, and the cane reminded me of Sahasrahla.

But that's just me. xD

I'd think Orca and Sturgeon would be on the list before Link's Grandmother in TWW.

Sahasrahla also appears in the BS Zelda "Ancient Stone Tablets", which takes place in ALttP's Hyrule. He even got voice acted in this game (live voice acting was part of the BS Zelda games).

Link's Awakening: Mr. Ulrira (he was shy in person, so you always had to talk to him via the phone)

The closest thing to a wise old man in Majora's Mask would be either the swordsman (But he doesn't play any real role) or the Happy Mask Salesman. (But he's not old.)

What about the old man from the Astral Observatory, with the telescope? He seems to be a wise man in OoT when he tells you about where the Lens of Truth is hidden, but I dunno if he actually helps you in MM other than getting the Moon Tear =/

Also there's ghosts that look like old men in Four Swords Adventures, who give you tips and such, but I dunno if they would could as 'wise old men' or just helpful ghosts

problity it is a good idea.

I think the priest in Twilight Princess who gives you the heart piece looks a lot like Sahashrala.

I'm actually glad he's only in LTTP. First of all, original ideas seem to be somewhat rare in Zelda games, they keep recycling the same stuff over and over.

but mostly, his name is so annoying and hard to spell.

as canon, then, the answer is he appears in TWO GAMES!!

I did not like Sahasrahla too much for a few different reasons. The least important reason being his name was too long and hard to pronounce. Seriously, how do you pronounce that? The most important reason was because he only talked to you through tiles in dungeons. I thought that was kind of stupid. I want a wise old man who will talk to me face-to-face! I prefer the partners who accompany you to the people who talk to you from afar!
