I was playing AlttP this weekend with my girlfriend (her first time) when she pointed out to me that Link has purple hair. I got this game for my fifth birthday in 1996, and I had never, until she pointed it out, noticed that he had purple hair. I'm sure everyone here has noticed it and will write me off as unobservant, but seriously - never noticed that until almost twelve years later.
