Is ALTTP worth it??
Well I was looking forwards to buying a new Zelda game and I thought this one might be cool but first I would like to get some advise.Thanks in advance.

Yes, it's very much worth it. It's got pretty good graphics for the time, and the story is nice, and it's at a nice difficultly level too. Not so hard as the NES stuff, but not so easy as OoT, or, dare I say it, WW/TP.
It is, in my opinion, the best of the 2D games.

Amazon. It shouldn't cost more than $30, for new, and there seem to be some reliable shippers. Definitely take new, both things I've gotten used off of amazon were broken.

Hmmm...
Its certainly worth it, but acquiring it seems to be your problem. If you have a Wii, can you use the virtual console? That's a good (and cheap) way to get AlttP. Otherwise, the only real way to get the game is from the internet, but seeing as you can't do that, the last option left to you is secondhand game stores. Whether or not they have ALttP is a very hit-or-miss situation, you just have to get lucky. But good luck anyways. |

I was really liking ALttP but I could sadly never beat the 4th or 5th boss. I just couldn't do it, and it kept knocking me off the stage. So I never finished it. Aside from everything else thats good about it, its barreness is quite like OoT's where you get this desolate and depressing feeling at times when everything has been solved and completed...

I found it at a store for about ten dollars. Keep in mind it was used but it seems pretty good quality to me and I have yet to find a problem with it. There's only been once or twice I have had to bring back something that was used. But then, I've also had to bring back things that were practically brand new so..
 I have both the GBA and Super Nintendo versions and I would say it definitely is worth it. It's a pretty fun game. |
