how long did it take you to beat The Adventure of Link? ive tried for a while now, but i cant do it.

Haha, I've been trying for over a week, and I still can't beat the first dungen. :XD
The battle system can be rather tricky sometimes... I suppose I'll just have to practice, and level up my life meter...

i have a hard time beating those knights. everytime i try to attack it, it attacks be back. i hate it!

DON'T GIVE UP!!!! If and when you do beat the game you will feel a tremendous sense of accomplishment. The game is difficult, frustrating, and sickening at times. But it makes beating it so rewarding! Stick with it. I died 100+ times before I finally conquered the game.

I unfortunately haven't completed it. One of these days when I have nothing else to do I'll give it a try.

I played it and beat the first 3 dungeons in like...eh a little over a week I think. Then I left and went to work at a summer camp for about 3 months, and when I got back my file had been deleted. I haven't played since, but I plan on starting a file up soon and beating it all the way through

in that game....after you beat a dungeon and then you die afterwards....do you have to beat the dungeon again?

not as long as you save your progress........

I took me around 2 months to beat it from when i finally decided to play it after having it for a long time...
I beat it last summer but like i said, i had the game a long time before then.
Adventure of Link is definately the hardest Zelda game i've played.

After i finished it i was planning to do a hard mode version... but then my memory card formated....

tough game.
very tough.
i've never finished on the account that i didn't like the game.
the difficulty is what made me play it for a little awhile.
i wanted to beat it cuz it was so hard.
but i just wasnt into the way the game was.
totally different from the others.
some people out there will like it.
i never had a drive to beat it.
ive beaten all the other games tho.

Well I got it for the GBA about a year ago. I have yet to complete it. I have taken long long breaks. But I have gotten to the fourth Temple, or the one after you get the raft.

Really annoying trying to get exp... I always get Game Over and we all know what that means

. It's just too hard so I rather play Alttp.

HA! I just beat the first dungeon 5 min ago. It took me forever. It's hard but also a very fun game.

Yep, the game is so rewarding once you beat it. It makes you truely appreciate how good the game actually is. People who dismiss it as too dificult and quit on it are really missing the point.

The most annoying part is after getting a gameover; having to start all the way back at north palace. Meaning you have to walk all the way back to the dungeon you were just at. And go through all those bad guys again ><.

Everything else is just childs play.

The hardest part of the game IMO is the fighting, once you get a hang of how link moves and attack though, the game gets a bit easier, also you have to really memorize enemy attack patterns. The hardest part though is getting to the last dungeon, haha such a pain in the butt
