Does any one know where the Chris Holihan Room is?

I was just reading on the internet that at the time of Alttps release nintendo power had a contest and whoever on had a secret rom named after them. The winner was a guy named Chris Holihan.
I've been looking all over Hyrule for it and can't find it. Anyway, has anyone ever found this room and where is it?

I don't know exactly but it's in Hyrule Castle

If you reach the entrance in the allotted time, instead of dropping down to the normal area (the sewers), if you're lucky, you'll drop down into The Chris Houlihan Room.

Triforce of the Gods

You have to start the game from Sanctuary, then dash as fast as you can to the secret entrance to the castle sewers. If you do that fast enough, you will go to the Chris Houlihan room instead of the sewers. *note: this only works on the SNES and VC, not on the GBA.
