I want to know
does anyone know y, because i just knowtised, y do some of the original LOZ games tell you on the cartrage...(spelling?) how to do the save and others dont. and I knowtised that the ones that dont, the saving drive doesnt work. the memory is lost as soon as you turn the NES off.

Now if it's the originals from the '80s then it's best to chalk it up to the puppies being old. And with all things they were out & break down after time, no matter how well it's taken care of. It eventually happened to the battery in mine (though I wonder if it had some help from the Game Genie
), but I got so good at the first Zelda game that I didn't need to save. ![]()

the first copy of loz that i ever had broke when i left it on for 10 hours while we went to the renaisance fair. when i came home it was dead. the store let me return it and ive had the same copy for about 17 years now and it is still working strong. i have noticed that sometimes when i didnt push in the reset button like it tells you to i have lost my saved data.

I was thinking that you were from a country that didn't speak english and you are from USA and still i didn't understand completly all... couse im not that good in English, but i think the topic is already answered
