What's harder Stone tower - MM or Water Temple - OOT?

They were both easy to me. Especially Stone Tower Temple in Majora's Mask, I got all the fairies and beat the boss in Stone Tower Temple in 1 three day cycle.
So really the Water Temple was the hardest.

Stone Tower Temple took me 6 hours the first time I did. So, I'm gonna go with that one. Stone Tower Temple also happens to be my favourite LOZ dungeon. Mainly cause of the cool music.

Stone tower. It was not only hard, throw in trying to get the faries, and it was an effing *****!

Stone Tower. I took me about the whole 3 day period to beat it.

I dislike the Water Temple, a lot. It's not that difficult as such, but I find it very annoying.

Stone Tower, however, I quite enjoyed. It's nice and big, and I love the giant's mask

Stone tower temple was much harder for me since it took me ages to complete and I dont mean a few hours I mean probs days. The water temple was annoying but I completed that temple within an hour or 2. None are as hard as the goron dungion on the moon with that realy narrow path and you have to roll. untill I found out you can just aim strait and the chests line you up lol.

Well heres a small tip to those who havent competed the temples in MM and want to get those stray fairies.

First off dont focus getting the fairies while trying to beat the temples 1st time, simply beat the temple like normal and once you done that you are free to take as much time as you need (within the 3 days of caurse *slow down time song recommended*) to collect the fairies plus you may have a usefull item after beating the temple that may help you out.

The stone tower and snow head fairies give the best rewards which are listed

Woodfall: Stronger Spin Attack

Snowhead: Double Magic Bar

Great Bay: Better Defence (take half as much damage)

Stone Tower: The Great Fairy's Sword

I am aware most people will know these but the help is here if anyone needs it.

When I played this game at seven years, or nine years old, I found both confusing. Then a few days ago (now thirteen) I played through them again and well, in the water temple I kept overlooking stuff so I had to go back and see what I missed. In Stone Tower, I thought this would take forever before beginning but if you get the rhythm and you know where to go after you've beaten it once, it becomes as smooth as pie . I agree with Chaoto about the recommendation to slow time. If you don't know it just play the song of time backwards or if you just want it, it is Down A Right Down A Right

Many people try to get the fairies and beat the temple 1st time round and end up running out of time and give up and not play for ages.

I thought the Water Temple was harder on the first play through the Stone Temple. Stone Temple just seemed more straight forward despite the flipping of the ceiling. Where as in the water temple I didn't have any idea which room to begin in and I had no idea how the water level effected each room. Plus Shadow Link was SOOO hard for me the first time, I had to retry like 12 times because I didn't get the strategy.

To me the water temple will always stand out as the hardest. If you forget to hit the water switch you have to backtrack all over and at times I'm sure you would forget. I don't like water levels at all anyhow but if I had to choose at least a good one it would be the Twilight Princess one.

Stone Tower was an evil demented area so that one for sure.

Stone Tower Temple took me much longer and hard work to find out what to do but I didn't breeze through the Water Temple either but I didnt not get stuck for days working that 1 out only a few hours max. Once I got the Long-Shot the Water Temple was like a walk in the park for most of it. To me both had some difficult and easy parts though Water Temple has Dark Link who is tricky to beat but not so hard once you know how just like with mostly everything I tend not to include monsters or enemies as part of a temple or dungion though many will argue. I judge a temple or dungion on it's puzzles and layout more than the fighting side of it. A temple with puzzles that make you really think will take you longer to complete than a temple with really easy to no puzzles with loads of monsters or even the decent monsters unless your rubbish at the combat. These are just some thoughts so dont criticise me.

i thought the stone tower was nerve wrecking. being able to completely fall into the sky was almost scary. but the water temple by far was the must frustrating and confusing. so i vote for the water temple being the harder of the two.

They where both very frustrating. I picked both. It took me a week to beat the water temple. About the same for stone tower.

In my opinion, Great Bay Temple is WAAAAAAAAY harder than Stone Tower Temple.

I think Stone Tower's pretty easy.
The Water Temple, however - not so.

I force to say water temple cause I have a MM guid that tells me what to do in Stine Tower,but if you put the fairys in its harder stone tower even with the book
